First time here and not impressed. We live a 40 min walk away from this location but we were referred by another city of toronto employee we know who thought this would be a nice place to Visit during March break.Right off the bat, not a friendly vibe. We came for the “drop in” indoor playground but you can call to reserve a spot in advance apparently? Which we did not know.We were denied entry at 9:50am due to full capacity but later allowed in because of some no-shows. I don’t think it’s right to allow call-in’s to reserve a spot. No where on the City of Toronto website does it mention or Recommend calling in to reserve a spot.I’ve been to quite a few community centres in the past 7 years and didn’t get great vibes from this place. I can give several examples but it would take too long. In short— won’t be back here in a hurry. City of Toronto employees should be thankful for their jobs. I know for a fact you have great pay and benefits. Don’t act like you’re doing us a favour when you’re performing the bare minimum it takes to keep your jobs.

Wi-fi is not the best, but it’s a great spot to do some work remotely if you have your own hotspot and don’t need it to be super quiet. Would avoid mid-day during the school year as it gets very busy with middle schoolers. Also a fan of the indoor playground for the little ones, but can get super busy and space is not guaranteed.

Very good place for children. I think it’s time to update all other community centres across Toronto.

Love this place. I take my kids here all the time. They have a variety of activities for kids, and mostly open to them all the time. The have indoor paid parking, street paid parking, and a lot of places to lock up your bicycle.Check their website for all the activities that are available. The only downside to the paid activities are that they may get canceled for a slew of reasons, and your account will be credited back, but takes a long time.Staff is.. quirky. Quick to help, but also not. Overall, if you are looking for a place to go, this is a good spot.

One of the worst community centres I have ever been to. Regarding pick up games.there are so much staff for such a disorganized schedule. Other community centres asked for money 2.50 for the whole day to play. this place asked for 4.50 for one session. This location runs there games by time (10 min) instead of having games go up to set score and the winner stays on, and if the winner wins two they will leave. The way they run it makes impossible to finish a game.

The indoor playground here is such a gem for toddlers! It gets very busy, but if you arrive too late for the current timeslot, you can usually kill some time in the open gym (which has a bunch of large toddler toys) while you wait for the next timeslot.

Edit: changing from 2 to 4 stars.TLDR;They said my spot was given away and could do nothing. After writing a review here they reached out saying that there was a misunderstanding and I got my spot.I believe this to be true, because I could see that there were actually a few other spots available. I will still leave only 4 stars because I had to go through all this trouble due to poor organization on their side.First review:I signed up for yoga classes, got a call confirming my spot and when I went there to pay for it they had given my spot away.I would only recommend this place for drop in's, i would not make plans for registration classes since they tell you one thing and in the other day all you get is sorry i can't do anything".Pickleball courts are good tho."

A beautiful new community centre with a lot of natural light. The space is well designed with features and spaces like a community kitchen and play areas for kids. There’s a green roof, running track, Adirondack chairs, and a small garden with vegetables and herbs on the roof.

They recently opened up the rooftop park. It's interesting. There's not much to do up there. There are picnic tables, some Muskoka/Adirondack chairs, a grassy area, a running track, and a basketball court without the basketball nets. I'm sure with the pandemic ongoing there are not many options for activities currently at the community centre. There is a screening process to enter the building and the accessibility button to open the doors don't appear to be working. Not sure if it's because they don't want them to work or if they are broken or if they never got around to fixing them.
