TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

On Dec 21 I was at this branch befor 3pm. I wanted to deposit my check without holding. I did it before at othere branches. But here 2 ladies, one of them was manager, i guess, told me or I'd say they lied me that they can't do this for me they can deposit it only with holding (it means I can use 2000 right away and the rest of amount will be on hold for a few days). I told them I did it before at other branches, but she answered now there is some changes from last week or something. And I didn't believe them I said well, then I'm gonna go to another branch to do so. I asked their names, but of course I forgot them they were not Canadians. So, i went to another branch and guess what! They did it for me with no problems. Somebody had the same problem?

-10 stars. Booked an appointment a week in advance just to have them cancel the appointment 1 hour before it was supposed to take place. Then they lied about trying to call me earlier in the day. Horrible service. This makes me want to take my business elsewhere

I wish , I can give them ZERO or NEGATIVE POINTS in customer service. Worst customer service ever. There are 7 employees in the branch still there is a huge line up. I felt as if they don’t want to work at all. Just there to pass time and wait for the day to be over. It was third time, they messed up my account. First time they placed wrong information on my credit card payment so i was charged NSF fees due to their mistake. 2nd time i went to deposit a cheque, i was told to do it in ABM and today is the third time. I just went to pay off my line of credit. And those idiots closed it. Can you believe they closed my Line of Credit. Seriously please provide them TRAINING !!

Whenever you visit this location of TD, expect to spend thrice the time that you would spend at other TD locations for the same type of service.This bank and it’s team, mainly the manager and the tellers have sworn to unitedly provide the most lousy and slow service possible in the industry. They make you wait, send you to the waiting lounge while only partially completing your transaction, and then to make the recipe complete, ignore you and forget about your pending order, start taking other customers. They have no idea of providing a professional service.The manager acts more like the chief pirate of a pirate ship than manager of a bank, enjoying authority over the crew, and acting like she is above the customers waiting in line to be served. Neither can she communicate in good English nor does she provide service worthy of creating good customer service experiences, when her staff asks her for help she delays helping as if helping hurts her ego and responding to a call by subordinates is below her station.Most tellers have a lazy like attitude and seem disinterested in helping customers.This has become that TD branch that I don’t want to go to !!!TD should send her and her team for training from the BASIC and evaluation.

Unprofessional, arrogant, careless attitude toward customers. TD has adopted typical Indian culture banking where two tellers are dealing one customer and ignoring other three customers in queue, even not asking them why they are here.

Horrible. They will have three employees helping one person instead of helping anyone else.Told me to bring my ID to pick up the coins I ordered but wouldn’t let me collect them because they had a different ID on file (got an updated drivers license when moved to Alberta). I also had my debit card and verified my PIN. Had my new drivers license though, with my same face and address, birthday, etc.These guys are brutal.

If I could I would give this branch NEGATIVE stars, I have been with T.D for 20 years and this the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service is flat out horrible and makes me want to withdraw all my accounts from T.D. I have been going over and over for 2 months for my Mutual Funds, the branch has been no help; they have cancelled and rescheduled me LAST minute multiple times now and have approched me with a bad tone- it is so frustrating.I would want to rate them 0 stars. Absurd customer service.If I could, I would put up all of the employees' names that have behaved horribly with me. They work around their own schedule and do not even consider the customers opinion.Flat Out 0 Stars.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to deposit money into my account. Only 2Very junior staff members were working and both of them were on training and wasting lot of time for all the customers and sending them frustrated with their mistakes and poor customer service.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I’m not one to post on these things but I always have issues at this bank. I’ve gone in before to get change, but they never seem to have $5/$10 but then the person after me manages to get change. They are extremely lazy and always have a lot of people working yet no one helps you. I went to get £ once, told me they had non. My husband went in 5 minutes later and they magical had them. It seems to be a bank that never has money?! Won’t be going there again.

The absolute worst customer service! I just opened an account with TD online and had to verify my ID at a branch. It was my first visit to their bank branch yesterday and I feel like these people hate their job. I don't really care about customer service that much but, yesterday was the worst feeling I had. It's a convenient location for me but I would rather drive to another branch, I don't care how far than going back to this awful location.
