Have just passed our 1 year mark at St Lawrence Village. So happy to be here. The buildings and properties are maintained beautifully. Glad we made this choice as we were coming from a house and not to excited to see our options until we came to see this property. We have never looked back. The staff were so helpful and want us to be happy in our new place. Thanks so much for making this transition so easy for us. We have such good neighbours and couldn’t feel more lucky. Drove all the way from Toronto for no reason. They say pet friendly, but they lie. It is only friendly if you have only one pet that weighs less than 25 pounds. They should really make that clear in their ad.

Don't apply. Waste of time. Worst management in evaluating application. Takes lots of time and rejects application without giving any specific reason.Request to Real Star senior management that don't reply to my comment, because it doesn't mean anything after rejection and they don't improve their management in this particular site.Please don't comment.

Zero star, worst experience during apply for apartment. My credit score was good but still rejected by manager Louise without any explanation. So don't waste time to apply as they reject application of person of color. Realstar should have mention on their website, this apartment is only for white Canadian...

I have been a tennent at one of the buildings managed by Realstar for almost 2 years and I am very satisfied with how clean the build is kept and how efficient the management is when a repair needs to be made.

I’ve lived here almost 6 months now. Any maintenance I have requested to be done has been taken care of straight away. Happy to live here knowing that the Realstar Staff listen and take care of this lovely community.

I have been here for a couple years. I'm not in a renovated apartment but i still love it. The grounds are always well maintained and clean. The staff are always happy and willing to help with any issues. My neighbors are friendly, we all kind of look out for each other. I recommended to many people.

Similar to other recent reviews, was denied without explanation, and when asked said they don't need to provide a reason.Wife and I make plenty of money, she has great credit, and we have history of owning a house. The leasing agent soured as soon as I mentioned I am a self-employed immigrant.Application process was odd too. Email from management mentioned the apartment was renovated, had a balcony, and other features. When I spoke to the leasing agent none of that was true. Apparently it is a copy-pasted reply to get people in the door.

I must say that St.lawrence Village is the best place I have ever lived. The cleanliness is brilliant and Alexander and Marina do an ongoing incredible job as property managers. Whenever I need a rare repair it is done immediately. Thankyou staff. Much appreciated.

My husband and I have lived at the St Lawrence Village for 10 years. The management has been extremely helpful, the maintenance has always been done quickly. The property and buildings are well maintained. This is a great place to live.
