I got an eye examination today . Dr. Ho also did an eye exam with our 5 year old daughter Sophie . I am glad we all had lots of patience including Peter .Thanks so much !!!

I’ve purchased three pairs of glasses from here, two for me and one for my son. The service has always been excellent! Friendly and efficient. When a pair of mine broke they had a new pair on order from the manufacture immediately. Considering I was in the US on business at the time and all I did was phone and inform them, well, I was impressed! Highly recommend!

Picked up my new Hoya ID Lifestyle 2 Progressive Lenses today and they are so fantastic. Peter is so wonderful to deal with and really understands what his clients need. Peter cut and fitted these Hoya lenses himself into my Ic! Berlin frames. The fit is perfect. I made the mistake of dealing previously with a grocery in-store optician .........biggest mistake of my life, previously lenses were cut so badly.It is so worth dealing with Peter at Boardwalk Optical. His knowledge, selection of frames and lenses is second to none. Peter will really take good care of you, I promise.

I stepped on my glasses. Cambridge eye care said it could not be repaired replacement frame $250 and two week delivery. Peter repaired it perfectly total cost $15 plus a box of chocolates (optional hehehe. part of the random act of kindness day) . Made my day.

I’ve lived in (Galt)Cambridge for over 50 years, and have worn glasses Most of my life.I am sorry I didn’t come to Peter to begin with.I have recently bought a pair of glasses and enjoy the great selection Peter has. Peter was super accommodating and made my task of getting glasses super easy. I had my glasses in less than 24 hours which was unexpected but fantastic. Great service, great warranty, great selection of frames and sunglasses. I will be coming here for now on and have suggested my family to do the same.

Great first experience doing my eye exam and selecting frames here. Ordered on a Saturday and glasses were ready for pickup on Monday! Would definitely recommend.

I have been dealing with Peter and staff for years. They have been very helpful with glasses and my contact lens needs, even shipping them out of town when I run out and cannot make it into the shop. They have a great selection of frames, coating and lens options. When I called they ship out within a few days. Totally recommend Boardwalk optical.

Peter has been looking after me I don't remember how many years but since he opened up at least 30 years. He has also looked after my wife so far for the length of our marriage. He provided the first baby glasses for my daughter. Not once he has failed us. We live in Vancouver now. However if we are in need of glasses we go to Peter.
