White Shark Window Cleaning

The worst. They chronically overbook - so jobs don't get done. And now, it's winter and it's too late. I booked an eaves cleaning on September 25 - for 4 months I thought they would do the job. Today they decide they can't, so we are out of luck (and hoping that our clogged eaves don't cause flooding in the basement if there's a thaw). How early in the year should I book to have some assurance that the work will be done? I appreciate that this work is subject to the weather, and that it needs to be done safely, but it's their responsibility to manage the jobs they have and their capacity to complete the task. So frustrating.

White Shark came to clean the exterior windows of our house. After they were finished, we immediately went outside to have a look and noticed that our lawn chair, which was resting against our sunroom, was broken - hinges on both arms were completely disengaged. I had sat on the very same chair that morning and it was in perfect condition. We called the company and spoke to Nicole to seek reimbursement for our $40 chair and were told the team didn't see any chair (even though the chair was beside the sunroom windows which they cleaned) and they would not reimburse us for it. Will not use this company again!

We've hired White Shark to do our windows and eves for about 10 years now, give or take. Always very pleasant to deal with, communicate well - email notifications of delays due to weather etc. Price is reasonable. Have also helped out with some shingle repair/replacement due to storm damage. Definitely recommended!

This was our first experience with White Shark (for eves trough cleaning). We had to wait for service, but we were happy to do so, and when they got here they were absolutely wonderful. Professional yet very friendly/pleasant. There were photo's taken of the work achieved from up on the roof, so I could see what they say, which was a wonderful service. They made suggestions for effective water/rain flow, but did not do any upselling of items that were not required. The invoice was excellent cost for value of service. I'll definitely be having them back in the fall!

I have a theory about this company. Business must be good. Business must be so good in fact, that they will cancel, postpone or simply not show up. I contacted them twice, and on Nov 4 at 2pm arranged for them to provide an estimate the following week. To say they were less than enthused would be an understatement. My property and access is unusual (the access is hidden)so the estimate was warranted but I still very much wanted my windows done and told him as much. The guy showed up next week while I was on the phone. He said he would take a look around and follow up. That's the last I heard of him and White Shark. They seem to only like the easy jobs, the low lying fruit. If I could use a fishing analogy; in the world of fly fishing, these guys are strictly bobber.

White Shark has completed several jobs, eaves repair, downspout rerouting, eaves cleaning, and each job has been done effectively, in a timely way and with a smile. They have accommodated my schedule and provided sound advice that stood up years later. I will always recommend White Shark.

I live in a building and my windows never get cleaned properly except for today! My windows were cleaned by a male who had strawberry blonde hair in a ponytail and facial hair. He was so meticulous in cleaning my windows. He cleaned the outside window frames so well and dried them. Not only that, he cleaned my windows beautifully, no streaks and also cleaned the screens this never happened in the past with the other companies. He did an amazing job!
