Very Pleased with their service!

I had a very good experience. They took their time with me and I was satisfied. My only complaint which is not the salesperson's fault and that they lack the selection of tinted lenses. It's 14 years I have been going there and never updated their color-tinted lenses.The eye doctor that works there, she's very meticulous and professional. I do recommend her.

They don't greet everyone that enters. We had a look around and waited for 15 min but no one ever came to help. Shout out to the three men standing at the reception, the only people that didn't have anything remotely important to do, to not do anything and keep talking to each other. Crass service tbh...

Horrible customer service. One of the worst I’ve ever seen!! Spent $1400 on 2 pairs of glasses and no service at all. My husband’s glasses were urgent… they told us 1-2 weeks, after 2 weeks my husband calls and the glasses were ready for a while, no one called us. Then apparently you need an appointment to pick up glasses… they gave him an appointment 3 days later so almost 3 weeks for glasses. Now my husband needs an adjustment because they’re a bit too tight around the ear…and we’re told an optician is working but is unavailable to make a 2 minute adjustment.. have to make an appointment in a few days. This is ridiculous I have never seen such bad customer service!! Not going back there again

Update:The store manager for Vimont called me following the incident and we were able to clear this issue. Mistakes happen, but it is the reaction to a mistake that matters. Thank you for not letting your clients down!Original review:Very unprofessional and downright rude behavior of the front counter lady. It was mentioned here before. It is the same as of Feb 2019. Wrote an official comment through their website, will see if I can get a response.

Thanks to Pamela and Martha, my experience was greatly pleasant and seamless. They provided me with the outmost care and respect. If you decide to give them a try, ask for Pamela. She's very professional and knowledgeable. Marthe will guide though and help to make the best decision for your eye glasses. Thank you to the whole team.

The staff doc are very courteous, but a 10am appointment that starts at 11am is disrespectful.
