We received great assistance at this location from Emmanuel. It was our first time renting out a unit and he made the process extremely easy and was very helpful throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be recommending this location and Emmanuel to friends and family!!

Very beautiful, Clean and secure storage. This is a new storage facility so everything is amazing! The customer service rep (Alpha) was so helpful in assisting me, the whole process was seamless and straightforward. This is hands down one of the best storage facilities and it is properly maintained.

Clean units...but MONEY HUNGRY!!..They have their own locks and that us $12.00 Their boxes are overpriced. When they make an error on your account, just hope they fix it...Their accounting dept, needs someone that can add and subtract.. They show no gratitude for people that have never been late, instead they tell you you're unit price is going up...Other than that clean units...

I've been renting here for a year now. Just got a notice that they are increasing my rent by over $100 a month! Absolute scam artists. I will be moving everything out asap and dealing with a more honest company.

I came by to look at unit as I have been looking for a while and was absolutely sold and blown away by cleanliness, the accessibility and the service of Emmanuel! He was very upfront and honest! Very thorough with explaining everything! Definitely recommend and ask for Emmanuel!

Emmanuel's customer service was outstanding. He is very friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed and satisfied with the service. Would love to deal with more customer service reps like him.

Be wary of this location. They have increased my rental rate twice now. It's now May 2023, I started renting from them in March 2022, since then my rent went up 36%. Stay away, they hook you and then randomly keep increasing their rent, there are better places to rent storage from, more ethical. Other places, your rent is frozen once you start, this place has a clause that allows them, within 30 days, to increase your rent. Rent elsewhere and make sure you read your contract to see if and how they can raise your rent, I didn’t, which is my fault, but I’ve now checked and this clause is not included in other rental places. I will be moving my stuff out as soon as possible, I hate being ripped off by sneaky, non-industry standard practices that support the greed of a place to get more money out of you without doing anything more to earn that increase…rip-off city!
