We love this place! We come here all the time and it's just nice and everything is always good. The bread is fresh and the staff is so super friendly! They often do little extras for us since we are regulars

The food is amazing but I was so much more happy about the service. I order food from them on Skip the dishes. I ordered a large meatless meatball sub and when it was delivered, I got a small. I called them to ask about this and they treated me with upmost respect. They made me another sub, delivered to me and gave me chips. They did all of this, when it was close to closing time. Plus personally delivered my food after hours. I have never seen a restaurant going to this length to provide service to a customer. They have the best service I have ever seen. The food was amazing too. I will be returning to this place.

Wilma & Muskan are super Humble and have a smile on their faces while making the order. That adds an extra taste to the sub but jokes apart environment is friendly and sub is top notch. Customise it and enjoy the food.Much love team. :)

Got a couple subs tonight, this is supposed to be a pizza sub. Barely any sauce, the lettuce is bad and got a few olives. Won’t be ordering from here again.

This use to be our go to Mr Sub, when Chris owned it. The new owner has driven it to a shell of it former consistent quality subs. The order we just had was, A large double smoked meat sub, a large tuna sub, and a small turkey. All subs were very damp, and not because of sauce because trust me there was hardly any. The toppings were beyond frugal" they were non existent. The store looks sloppy and I'm just sad to see such a "go to spot" ruined. Corporate clearly has no standards for their stores. Never to return."

I love seafood and I love subs, so I was delighted to try the seafood sub from mr sub. It was delicious! The bread was soft and fresh, the seafood was tender and flavorful, and the sauce was creamy and tangy. I enjoyed every bite of it and felt satisfied and happy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend the seafood sub from mr sub to anyone who likes seafood and subs. It’s a great combination!

Came in today in the afternoon and the Asian lady ( i think she was the owner) helped me out with my two subs. This my first time coming here and I chose this place over the other locations is strictly because of the amount of good reviews they had so I wanted to see for myself. As soon as I came in it was a warm welcome and only smiles. I was very delighted that the customer service was phenomenal. She really made my day and I was super hungry so I was excited to try the sub to see if it was good. I brought it home and it took around 10 mins to get there so I understand if my sub was going to be soggy with the amount of sauce I got. BUT as soon as i opened the wrapper, the bread was grilled to perfection and all the components in this sub was intact. This was a crispy yet saucy sub and I was super happy. I took the first bite out of it and i fell in love. This is definitely the best Mr. Sub i've had and sub in general. Pls come here and show the business and lady some love!

I frequent this location as I work close by. I've been eating here for a while now and I must say i've never had a bad experience, the food quality is excellent and the staff there are highly professional. Great job guys, keep up the great work!!!!

Service is incredible. The people behind the counter (I didn't cath their names, unfortunately) were absolutely wonderful. They gave me fantastic suggestions on what to get after I told them it was my first time there. They also suggested I sign up for a loyalty card, which allowed me to claim free chips and pop, plus a free sub for my birthday. Great experience.

This is by far the best Mr. Sub I have been at in Ontario. I enjoy the Mr. Sub brand overall but the family who runs this store and the lady behind the counter almost every time I come in is so genuinely kind and always puts a smile on my face. There are a lot of sub shops between my office and here but will always choose this location because of the fantastic service and the care they put into my order.
