The front desk staff have serious attitude issues or have not been trained / directed properly. I went in with an eye infection (I work a block away) and could barely see, the lady turned me away without giving any advice on where else I could go without a physical health card. She also did not inform me that I could pay for the visit and get reimbursed through Sask health insurance or be reimbursed after I apply for Alberta health (I just moved to Calgary). Considering making a complaint.
