Brandt's Creek Liquor Store
Absolutely ridiculous - I have bought liquor from this location many times over the years. Today they would not accept my interim ID from ICBC while my license is being renewed and being sent via mail, nor would they accept a copy of my passport. The interim ID is a legal piece of government identification and should be accepted.Took my business elsewhere, and will not be back to this over-priced liquor store. Go elsewhere to avoid hassle.

Customer service over the phone was exceptional - my friends and I were looking for a very specific product that every liquor store in town had sold out, and you’d be shocked at how awful all the other liquor store’s customer service was on the phone but the Brandt’s employee was so kind and helpful. We are so happy it was in stock and made our special night actually happen.

The selection has gotten better since the renovation, the staff are friendly and keen to help, but best of all - the beer stocked in the fridge is actually nice and cold! So many places seem to barely turn their refrigerator on but the beer sold here is ready to crack open soon as I get home

There’s no “no tip” option on their payment system. Had to ask the unhelpful clerk how to bypass.Since when does buying liquor deserve a tip?

Great store, great owners! People saying the tip feature has no skip option didn't read the machine and if people ask what to do they always say click 1 to skip (as stated on the screen) if you don't want to tip don't! No one expects you to, the feature is their incase you recieved exceptional service!!

They have a good selection. However there usually no one around to help. So if you have a question u have to stay in the line to ask the cashier. Overall I usually buy my wine from here and I'm happy.
