TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This branch is absolutely exceptional. Their front line staff are friendly, their sales staff elevates advice, and their managers know how to run an efficient and superb team. I would recommend this branch to anyone I know.

Always so busy but never have more than 3 tellers opened. I always make the same mistake of coming here and then they have the guts to ask me to complete a survey about their customer service. Yeah right! Luckily I am moving and will be closer to a different one.

Opened up my account wrong the first time, lady had no idea how to resolve the problem, and had to call some back-office help desk to do her job.Had to revisit the branch twice for opening a savings account.

I went in an waited on reception. She was much more interested in looking at pictures on her cell phone then greeting me. I said Hello" a few times but she did not acknowledge me. After about 5 minutes of doing this I left. I felt she did not give a sh** about her job.I will never go back again!!"

The staff working there at this time have all been great and in a good mood. I drive past other braches just to go to this one. Keep up the good spirit.

I wanted to deposit a small government cheque for 79.50 in to my account.The cheque was in my daughters name and she had signed it over to me.Teller looked at it said no you can't do that. End of story.I told her I had done it many times before. She said some one must have made an exception.I was refused.Teller never looked at my length of account. Saw that I have two pensions going in my account every month. Never asked me any questions never looked at any history. I live in the area no past problems with account. Teller was not interested in helping me with this in any way.Refused and that's it.I have a small mortgage an available line of credit and 400k in savings.Shameful customer service.

I like that they have a total of 3 ATM's - one of which is a dedicated machine that dispenses U.S. cash.

We applied for a line of credit, got approved, after approval and signed paperwork the employee who worked with us sent me an email asking for confirmation on closure of an old credit cad, kept forgetting to do stuff so it kept delaying everything. Fast forward month or so, they didn't process our void chq to have payment come out of our acct therefore got called from Collections looking for money. This is bad for my credit as well as my interest rate on the Loan. VERY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!! NEVER EVER WILL I DEAL WITH TD BANK!!!

Are you guys going to think about joining the rest of society and removing those little plastic Covid dividers anytime soon? The days of customer and clerk poking their heads around the dividers so they can hear each other are over. Staff is great
