I used them multiple times- to remove junk- to move furniture help with moving / get a freezer from one location to my place-price is right-employees respectful

They showed up 3 hours late for our large moving job. We had a confirmed move for 9am, when nobody showed up we had to call them ourselves. We were told they moved the job to 10am due to a blown tire. We then get a phone call saying they will be 1030-11 because they had an earlier move, fine. 10:48am they call us and say theyll be there at 11am on the dot. 11:07 rolls around and we call to asked them where they were; the guy on the phone said I'll be there in 2.5 minutes"...20 minutes later they still arent there. We call again

They arrived late and charged 220$ for a move that had 4 pieces of furniture and took 1 hour and fifteen minutes. The quote was 75 dollars and they added unforseen charges and refused the student discount. The manager didnot wear a mask at all during the move during a pandemic. They even stopped to network snow removal services with our building super! The business owner refused to discuss refunding some of the service
