I called this xray ctr as a last minute resort since my parents now live in omemee. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient with me as I called 3x to provide her information as a daughter trying to assist her mother with booking an apt.Extremely helpful and kind. Not to mention the x ray was quick and easy.

We have used this clinic several times over the past 3 years. The staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. There is almost no waiting around, which is rare these days. The x-rays are sent directly to our chiropractor and he is always pleased with their work.

I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, expedience and kindness provided by the technologist at this office — it is also clean, COVID compliant, and modern. I was ordered pelvic and spinal X-rays from my doc, and was sent here. I called the office the evening of my referral, and the very pleasant receptionist booked my appointment for the next morning.I arrived on-time for my Appt, and the technologist took me in right away, kindly explained the procedure, and completed my X-rays. I was in and out in less than 15 mins, and the images were sent immediately to my Dr.Any kind of medical appt can be anxiety provoking —my experience at this clinic surpassed any other. They will go to great lengths to avoid giving you an X-ray. They sent me back and forth to doctors to have them resign and re-date requisitions. I had multiple medical professionals advise that they are rejecting these for no valid reasons at all.
