We booked a photographer to come out to our home to celebrate a 70th birthday party. Not only did the time keep changing but the photographer never showed. We had planned a family group photo with out of towners. I called and they could only offer to reschedule. How can I recreate that event? Apparently the photographer wasn't even answering her phone. I can't believe how they ruined my event. No other photographer was able to be sent out.

My lil boy is part of the baby Club and we have had 2 photo shoots now with Dayna and I just wanna say Dayna is so Awesome and so good with us and our lil boy. She's got amazing customer service and amazing people skills. I higly recommend her.

Got my passport photos here. The agents told me the photos were to close (as in the camera was to close to me physically when they took the photo). Luckily they told me it was JUST barely acceptable still, which is not what I want to hear when I finally get through the long lines to renew my passport (especially during these times where you gotta get there hours before they open to get a good spot in line). Other than that, the person who took my photo was very nice, just hope they don't accidentally ruin someone's passport photo.

This place is a a rip off 29 dollars for a PR photo and their machine doesn’t work. Unbelievable this is the worst photo shop in Edmonton.

Do not get photos done here for government documents such as passports. Multiple mistakes on our pictures such as glare and stamping both pictures which were not approved. Also they charge double reputable businesses and don't have professional experienced employees.

Not sure why their passport photo are $41 dollars. St Albert Walmart is $14. Make sure you go to the Electronic section there. Because the Photos Unlimited at the front of the store won’t share that info with you

Went in for passport photos, believing they were affiliated with Walmart who's prices are $12. They did not have their prices posted, and tried slapping us with the $30 charge at the end! Most other places charge half of that! Did not even try to acknowledge that not posting prices is an issue.Walmarts photo center is in the back of the store, which caused the confusion, but at least let the customer know what they will be charged so they can make an informed decision.
