100$ to break into my car with the keys locked in it, asked why so high and was told because I live out of town. Well I live barely over a mile from their place of business! A man from a car dealership that I have never even bought a car from came farther and did it for free. No customer care, all they care about is money. Will never use them, now or in the future.

Great group of people. The owner took time out of his day to drive me to the tow site and explain how much work they had to do. Easy to deal with throughout the whole recovery and storage process. Good caring people. Thanks guys.

Great Customer service all in one Towing ,Transport and Crane work. Drivers are knowledgeable and get right to the job. Finish and tidy up and make sure everything is safe.

The service incredibly unprofessional. The driver came in and immideiaetely began shooting prices in an annoyed tone in a way to pressure us into paying over 500 dollars. He even tried convincing us that it was gonna be unlikely to pull the vehicle out ourselves as a way to convince us he was our only option. He sat and smoked cigarettes in front of us staring at us until we decided to say no to the service. (Got the car out with a truck and chain the next morning.) we would have taken the service had the driver not been so demeaning. Never calling again.

Great group to work with. The CAT Rental Store uses their heavy haul transport guys on a regular basis. They always take care of us and have reasonable prices!

Was at the Loves truck stop exit 374 in Oregon off I-84 walking back to my truck, when this tow truck, truck number 66 came flying into the parking area, the driver was going way to fast.. had anyone been walking around the front of their truck he would have hit them... I walked up to the side of his truck and he rolled his window down, at, I said to him you might want to slow it down q bit because there are people walking, at which point be flipped me off cranked his wheels to the left and pulled forward bumping into me with the side of his truck... very dangerous person... shouldn't be in that position if he doesn't understand safety outweighs speed...

Roadrunner towing is awesome! They towed my semi truck twice. The operator Will is so skilled at his job! He's got it down to a science to get your vehicle hooked up and towing in an expediant manner. Would definitely recommend this company!Peggy SuePollock Transportation

Roadrunner quoted me almost $500 to have my small 14’ trailer towed just 12 miles. Called high desert towing right after and they towed the trailer for $150. Woman on the phone with roadrunner was impatient and rude. Don’t waste your time with a company that price gouges like this.

This driver responded quickly to my distressed call. He told me to sit in the cab of his truck. While he was hooking up my vehicle for transport. The temperature was over 100° outside. After dropping off my vehicle at the garage. The driver took me home and dropped me right off at my doorstep.

Thank you for towing my LQ horse trailers after our truck broke down. Your professionalism and timeliness saved the day from a large bay mare that has been known to destroy trailers. Ok. That's not all. Thank you for getting me and my poines to a safe place calmly and professionally.
