Worst customer experience.Some of the staff members are really non cooperative and leave worst customer experience. They take things so personal and putting banks reputation in a bad shape.Every time when I had interaction with their client manager Shawn it's always so negative attitude.They really need to improve the staff training

Worst customer service experience from the bank manager as well. Go to Walmart plaza TD on Mississauga road. Customer service agents are helpful and understanding.

This place is an epitome of good service. I came here to do a transaction at the front/teller(amazing service) and after a review of my financial need, I was immediately assisted by the sales staff (Ahmed and Nitin) as per my needs.Amazing staff,amazing service and accurate advice. Keep up the good work guys.

This used to be a great location to deal with but in the last 3-4 months their new hires on the front line have zero logic training whatsoever.To begin, I am a 20+ year client of TD, with current multiple active mortgages, several zero balance credit products (credit cards, line of credits, etc), investments in mutual funds, investments in TD Waterhouse, savings accounts and chequing account which consistently have deposit balances combined in the $000,000s.TDCT has my income on file from my recent mortgage applications which has consistently averaged in the $400-500K ballpark with multiple income/revenue streams.I consistently deposit cheques ranging from $10,000-$50,000 semi-monthly and multiple tenant cheques (have never had a returned cheque, NSF or ever been in overdraft).So why are the new bank tellers holding a cheque of $2K without speaking to their Manager of Customer Service, (who is pretty aware of most of the above)?I am being asked if my regular cheques are needed? When I clearly have multiple mortgage payments, bill payments debiting my primary operating account. Is that a question I should be asked?If this $2K cheque were to return, does TD not have adequate access to funds on my profile to cover their loss"?I have TD's Wealth partners contacting me weekly to review my external investment holdings

Worst experience with TD bank branch. I’ve been banking with them since 2013. But this branch is the reason I’d to close down my business accounts at the branch. Surprisingly, all the employees I worked with (Taylor and Pavan/Supervisor) seemed eager to close the account as well, without checking what the reason is and trying to stay with the TD bank! We’d a discussion regarding cheque deposits and then that was that!I wished I didn’t come to this branch to get such experience, and also I wished there was a -ve rating in this google review system!Writing my experience here, so that the Manager Ravleen can or TD bank themselves hire better employees to retain old customer base! Unless they don’t care.Hope this helps new account openers!

Hi, So today after many days I went in with my son to open his account. I asked them if you can make it possible today as I tommorow he could be at school if the strike ends. The consutant was in front too she was showing such an attitude and didn't even look at me while she talked.So she said she had a meeting right now and will take an hour so I said I can come back in an hour then she looked at the teller and said I have back to back oppiontments so the teller searched up and agreed to her. I wish I knew the name of the consultant to definately mention her here. What happened to banks that actually valued their costumers especially existing ones for past 20 years. Disappointed!! Definitely will go to another bank

It is always a pleasure to visit this TD branch. The staff are friendly and efficient, just you need to start the conversation with them or they will normally stay quiet and professional to finish their job. This branch always makes my life easy. Today I was served by Sumeet who is very friendly. I feel very safe to visit this branch during the pandemic. It would be even better if this branch allows drive through ATM.

Best branch and most helpful staff. I went for a transaction and met the teller (Nitin) , he went out of his way and guided me with various investment options and gave me a detailed information. Being a layman I really appreciate his way of explaining . Being new to the country and getting such good service was really helpful.

This was my first time visiting this TD branch and I must say they are really helpful. Manpreet was the associate that first welcomed me and Ravleen was the agent that helped with my concerns. She went well beyond in explain what I need to do and my options to opening a business account. Will definitely be banking here more often.
