Onyx Appliance Repair

Andrew said he’d fix my dishwasher, if he couldn’t fix it he wouldn’t charge me-and he really needed the experience, so I gave him the chance and cancelled with another repair business (I know not cool). He arrived, zero customer service, he spent a few mins then said he knew the problem would order the part. I paid him and NEVER heard back after many calls emails & texts.Hopefully it’s just a misunderstanding.

My wife and I were initially very happy with Andrew's work...He came to our home two weeks ago to fix our Bosch MIcrowave. We didn't use it until the next day and noticed the internal light was not working whereas it had been working before the microwave broke down. The internal light usually turns on during the microwave's operation and when one opens the door. We have called Andrew and left messages on numerous occasions to try to get this resolved and he has ghosted us for the past week. We paid over 400 dollars to get the microwave fixed and feel like we have been let down. It's unfortunate that Andrew does not stand behind the quality of his work. As well, this exhibits very poor customer service skills.

Andrew is knowledgeable in all appliances and brands and is very understanding to your needs IE Covid requirements, time sensitivity etc. I would recommend Andrew to any business or household.

Had Andrew come and check my stove last February said it needed 2 igniters that he would call when they came in. I have called him 3 times, he never called back.

The company booked a next day visit and the young service technician came on time, solved the problem immediately, and fixed it within 1:30hrs. Very impressed with the service and expertise. Will call them again if I need to.

Andrew at ONYX is the perfect professional. He fixed our fridge after 4 techs before him (from different companies) couldn’t. He did it quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend him.
