This is the 3rd time we have had Craig and team clean our windows. This time we also had our gutters and siding cleaned. The team was excellent. Showed up right on time. Windows and siding are sparkling clean . Cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Craig and team.

We booked gutter and window cleaning for our place. We have a pretty complex house with a lot of high and hard to reach windows. They did a great job and the crew was really friendly! Would definitely recommend them!

Jaedyn and Nick from Shine Property Services came to our home yesterday to clean gutters, remove moss from roof, and clean a few windows on the outside because they are too high up for us to manage. They were polite, professional, focused on the tasks at hand, and did a very good job. They did not waste time and performed a professional job in a safe manner, complying with WCB Regulations. We were pleased with the results and with the work ethic of both employees. Thanks guys!

I hired Shine Property Services to power wash my house, windows and gutters. Right from the beginning this business followed through in a professional and responsible manner. The original quote by Craig was developed and delivered promptly, with detail. The staff that worked on my house were conscientious, hard working and very polite. They were quality employees! It was a real pleasure dealing with Shine Property Services and I highly recommend them.

Shine property service cleaned outdoor and indoor windows as well as decks and attached glasses, all spotlessly cleaned. Everyone in the team is professional, capable, and kind. They know what they are doing, and they all take pride in their work. After they left I noticed there were a few spots on the carpets, some dirty water drops from cleaning the inside windows. Also, the garage door had some residue on it. Next day, I texted it, the same day, they came in a lighting speed to take care of it, and they did. They are on the customer's side, you can feel it.
