TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

What a awe full experience I got yesterday as I walked in at 6.30 pm to take a draft of my own money as TD refinance my mortgage and my TD Mortgage Advisor disbursed the funds in their branch GL account and when I asked them for a draft, they refused me as non of the manager was available in that branch who can release my funds and when I asked for wire transfer they refused me as non of them was expert or trained to complete the wire transfer process, if nothing is functional then what’s the purpose to open the branch till 8.00 pm ? I walked in this branch all the way from Bowmanville to take my own funds! Is this fair with me to charge the interest on that money which they were unable to realize in a timely manner. What a awful service!

Walked into this branch because I wanted to open an account for my daughter that turned 14 at the time she was not with me and I was told by a blond teller with an accent to come back with my daughter to open the account. She asked me what time I finished work during the week, I told her 6pm and she then told me to come in on Friday Oct 7 at 6:30. I arrived with my daughter at that date and time. To be told there is no appointment booked. So I said okay the lady that booked it is right beside you when she's done have her set up the account. The lady I was speaking with is short and had jet black hair wasn't wearing a name told me that I don't would not be able to open an account today. and that I need to come back. If the mistake was made on my part I would definitely have no problem coming back. Back you don't get to waste people's time and then tell them to come back. So the same thing can happen? I told her I would wait until the lady was finished sho she could accommodate me. She continued to tell me other dates to return. I'm so glad I don't do business with this company and I will keep it that way and stick with Rbc.

They have very poor teller service. There was one guy that was dealing with me. He was very rude. Also, the female manager who is in charge of the tellers was very rude and didn’t have enough knowledge. I was a customer at the branch since it opened but I never saw this type of inexperienced teller team. They must learn to respect their customers and provide good service. It is not about me. All my friends and family circles have had similar experiences as we are living near the neighborhood.

Came in this morning to ask about an error I was getting while transferring some funds. The lady named Sally was very rude and unhelpful. She continuously showed us attitude and didn’t even know what she was doing. Luckily, the Manager came and told us what was wrong and thoroughly explained the issue. Aparna ( the manager) was great to work with.

I am really surprised to see some good reviews about this brand. I visited this branch first time and had a one of the awful customer service in mylife.. I had applied the VISA card via online and they sent me an email to visit branch to create a profile. I called the branch this morning and i spoke to one customer service representative (Lady). She asked me to bring a driving license .I really want to use this card for Air ticket booking so i was in rush to get a card. I asked do you need any other IDs she said no just driving license enough. I went to the branch and nobody at the help and advice desk. I was waiting very long and finally one guy came and says i will take to you someone. He introduced Mohammad Ali who is a teller. He wants two pieces of IDs (He did not tell me this initially) and i do not have passport with me so i told him that i called earlier and this is what she asked me to bring. He asked my existing VISA card and finally he was telling me that i cannot really help you out because i need your other ID. While he was helping me there are many staff come and interact him i found this is unprofessional when you serve customer you need to keep the data in confidential. I can write a book about this visit.. I am very disappointed this service. I called online and can cancel my card. I am not going to have any business with TD. This branch needs more training and coaching furthermore they need know how to handles the customers in prudential manner

Poor customer service at this td branch. I had an in person confirmed appointment (Reference#: CAN22060802053) and waited for 20 mins at this branch but the advisor did not show up and the cashier said they do not have permission for my booked service and simply said to come tomorrow again. They did not even bother to provide any relevant information or other service.

One of the worst branch experience I ever had. None of the people including the branch manager tries to understand the actual query very unprofessional in their approach of responding back. Had to follow up multiple times without getting any answers. People here are either very new and not properly trained to provide answers or too focused on making worst customer experience. WON’T RECOMMEND

Very unprofessional staff i applied for RESP withdrawal 2 weeks back and there has been non communication on why did the request was not processesd. Very upsetting and frustrating...... behavior from a reputable bank.

You can drive through and draw your money from the ATM. The only challenge is that you have to open the door and drag yourself to the ATM and push yourself hard to use the machine.
