I was recommended to call Beatons yesterday and I know why! … this is the first time I’ve ever locked my keys in my trunk; and with a trunk full of groceries too!I don’t think it was more than 15 minutes total from when I called to when I was driving home! I felt like a priority and from the woman on the phone to the man who unlocked my car it was a 10/10 flawless and excellent experience!

Paul and the guys are excellent! Beverly and the girls are excellent!Been serving our community with top notch service and state of the art equipment, helping us get back on the road, for many decades now!Beaton's towing is also a very strong community supporter, supporting local sports teams by sponsorship, hiring local workers that earn a good living by helping us all out! And that's the way it's supposed to work.So give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Beatons were two out of 12 companies I called that said they could tow my car. They called me back five minutes later to inform me I could not go with my car in the tow truck. I cancelled.

I had the best customer service today from Beatons Towing. I locked my keys and my dog in my car, or at least I thought I did. I found them after they showed up. The driver went above and beyond to turn my day around. I regret not getting his name. Thank you! And Mako thanks you too!

Wonderful! After returning from a trip, my vehicle was stone dead. The truck driver was so generous, we tried to boost the vehicle, she started then after 2 mins would shut down, so he offered to tow us to the nearest garage. A true man of service, we had a wonderful chat on the way to the garage, lots of wisdom. The world has good people! A winded way of saying this, would highly recommend the services from this company. Thank you again so much! Saved the day!!

My partners car broke down on the highway and he called Beatons. Before the non emergency police arrived Steve was there! Not only he fast in arrival he was very friendly. When the car arrived at the location it was dropped off, Steve helped push the car into a parking spot. Would highly recommend this place :)
