The dental professionals and the front staff are all amazing! I am a new client and they've been very understanding, kind and patient. They go above and beyond and explain things nicely. They have a very positive, friendly and family-like atmosphere, which puts you at ease right away. I'm definitely not going anywhere else again! My experiences at this clinic have always been great. Everyone is super friendly, prices are very reasonable and they always have a welcoming environment. When I got my wisdom teeth removed, they made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. My recovery was very smooth with no further complications. If anyone is like me and fears going to the dentist, I would recommend this clinic for sure!

My experience at University Dental Hygiene clinic has been amazing. The staff is very caring, professional and polite and they always treat my family with a utmost care. I loved the way Dr Nikita Khurana handled my 10 years old niece. Will definitely be going back and recommend to others as well.

Going to the dentist is never one of my favourite things to do - but University Dental & Hygiene is an amazing place and makes the whole dental experience very comfortable - if you have to be at the dentist then it’s not a bad way to spend the afternoon! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very caring of their patients. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out here also and they continued to follow up even a few days after her surgery and were always available for questions. I highly recommend this place for ALL your dental needs!!

Thank you university dental for an amazing experience. Everyone at this office is very helpful and work with you to get the results you want. I have sensitive teeth and the hygienist are very gentle and pleasant to deal with. They are also great with little kids! Thank you to all the staff! Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff and the appointment was comfortable and thorough. They even had Netflix playing in the examination rooms so I just watched my shows while getting a filling! And they sent off my insurance claim for me and since I'm a student, my cleaning was covered which was super convenient.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the University Dental Clinic and feel compelled to share my frustration. I booked an appointment a few days back through their website for a whitening treatment, which clearly stated it was covered by insurance, at 11 am today. However, at 9:30 am, I received a call informing me that it wouldn't be covered. Despite this setback, I decided to proceed with the appointment.I went back to the website to book a cleaning service for 11:50 am and received a confirmation email. To my dismay, the location address on the email was incorrect, so I had to call the clinic again to obtain the correct address. Once I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist informed me that they had no availability and suggested rescheduling. This was baffling because I had a confirmation email clearly indicating my appointment time. I showed her the email, but she dismissed it, claiming they had sent me an email stating they couldn't accommodate me, which I never received.I cannot help but feel frustrated and let down by this experience. It seems that there was a lack of communication and organization within the clinic. If they didn't have any availability, it would have been more appropriate for them to notify me when I called to confirm the address. Alternatively, they should have updated their website to reflect the true availability or at least reached out to inform me about the situation.To add insult to injury, the receptionist had the audacity to suggest rescheduling for Monday. After the inconvenience I had already experienced, I had no intention of giving them another chance.I caution anyone considering making an appointment with the University Dental Clinic to be extremely careful. The lack of organization, poor communication, and disregard for confirmed appointments are concerning. Save yourself the time and frustration by seeking dental services elsewhere.

Very friendly administrative, hygienists, and dentists who always go above and beyond. My last cleaning and check up was done by Anu who did a fantastic job; she walked me through everything, provided explanations and recommendations and she was extremely understanding of my irrational fear of dentist's offices. I always highly recommend this office to everyone I talk to :) Even my kids had a great experience! They were not afraid and she was really friendly and made the whole experience for them so fun and entertaining.

Thanks to University Dental I got my teeth cleaned for free along with a oral examination that was covered by my tuition! Fantastic hygienists and dentists that ensure you have a good experience. Nice environment and super close to campus that makes going to your appointment easy! Already have my next appointment booked :)
