It's b.s how it's closed for renovations and you can't use the bank machine yet still get abm charges for using other bank machines. How else am I supposed to get cash? And why renovate when you've became a part time bank anyways under some make believe covid reasoning. It's not like I can ever make it there during the tiny windows they are open. I have a job. A real job. Unlike you people. Can't wait for it to open so I can go in and closed my account and bank somewhere else.

Not one to complain but this brunch has its issues. I have an open account that I has been receiving NSF for some time, I don't have access. I've been refused a card and was told to maintain the account before given a card . My question is how do you maintain something without access? Can I please have my banking freedom back please.

The worst experience ever. I opened a new account. Teresa and Elaine refuse to give me a bank card. What are they owners of the bank. Even head office could not believe it when they called me. They suggested I go in again. I did they refused again I closed the account. For anyone do not consider this place for your banking I can just imagine what it must be like for any loan services.

I have always had great customer service at the Thornton road branch. They have assisted me many times on issues that I have had and have been wonderful with day to day banking. Never wait in line long for a teller. Special mention to Theresa that is always courteous and helpful whenever we need the assistance. Only issue I have is with the internet banking solutions both with the personal and business applications.

I have been dealing with this branch of National Bank for almost 20 years. I find the staff professional and the service fantastic. Over the years, my family and I have had the pleasure of having to deal with Theresa Wamboldt on a number of issues not only on our personal and mortgage accounts but also our business account and at no time did I leave the branch without all questions being dealt with promptly and professionally. Keep up the good work ladies!!

This bank is the worst. Their lack of communication is the main problem and the long wait times to reach an agent are frustrating. After speaking to 4 agents I finally had the issue resolved. 3 months later and I still see them on my credit report showing that I owe them money. It's unbelievable the amount of time I have wasted trying to resolve 1 issue. I do NOT recommend this bank at all.

This branch has been under renovations" for months. Even when they were open the hours are beyond ridiculous. Every other bank has reverted to pre covid hours at least partially. No Saturdays

I visited Oshawa National Bank Branch at Rossland Rd & Thornton Rd twice and observed the worst customer service ever. I see comment by other customers about Theresa (Senior Customer Service Representative), I second the comments and I also feel the same. National bank should look into this issue very seriously to improve banking experience and I decided to cancel my account with your bank due to this branch professionalism towards its customer.23rd March- I dont have option to reply back to message received from National Bank to contact them in the email provided in their response. I revert back to them same day but no response/action till date.

This bank is horrible. I went to the branch to make a payment on Friday. They told me it would be deducted on Monday, and it didn’t. I called and left a message, no body called back like always.And the lady whose was “ helping “ on last Friday was terribly rude. I barely complained, but people should know this is very disappointing!
