Great service, friendly staff. We had no reservations, just walked up and they had a decent selection of e bikes. They let us book for 2 hours and call to extend our booking to 4 hours if we decided to stay out longer. Beautiful views along the Banff Legacy trail and Bow valley parkway (closed to traffic in the summer) So much fun and less physically demanding than a regular bike. Highly recommend

Used ski rental from the Big3 spoil a bit of the perfect one day ski in Lake Louise. When making a turn with small impact, the ski easily gets off and then hard to get on again. Better to borrow premium or ski site directly.

Excellent customer service! Courteous staff members. They have been very helpful when we had to pick up our seasons.

Airline lost my snowboard and gear so I rented a board/boots along with jacket and pants from the Adventure hub. Service rep was informative, patient and friendly. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. I was quite surprised with the quality of rental gear. They carry Salomon’s Hucknife which was in great condition and a solid mid level board.

3 of us rented gear and we were all disappointed. Biggest issue was the lack of boot selection. Sizes were limited for both ski and snowboard boots to the point of being uncomfortable. My wife had to rent another set of boots at the Lake Louise hill and the staff there were shocked. Skis had no edge, even the high performance ones. The high performance skis didn't match what's advertised online and the boots in that package were the same as the base range. Snowboard bindings were shot, and came undone multiple times. Staff didn't even ask how things went when we returned, which shows how little attention is being paid to the gear quality. Won't rent here again.

We rented an inflatable tandem kayak and rode them from Banff to Canmore on the Bow River. The kayaks were practically brand new and excellent quality, and the staff was very kind and super helpful. We would definitely rent from them again next time we’re in the area!

Had incredible service when we went in to pick up our ski passes and rentals. Will certainly consider booking with SkiBig3 in the future.

We were a group of about 12 skiiers who all rented here- none of the skis had been sharpened. Some had big gouges in the top laminates. The staff gave our people a hard time about sharpening the skis despite the fact that conditions on the mountains were super hard packed and very slick. I would not recommend this place at all. They seemed to be unconcerned with the safety of their skiiers or quality of service
