Genius Coffee N' Espresso Equipment

The folks at Genius are wonderful to deal with. In addition to the coffee and machines they sell at very competitive prices, I can’t say enough about their repair shop and the honest service they provide. I’ve used other suppliers that are closer to home but I’ll drive across town for the professional services I get at Genius. Thanks!

Dropped my Philips machine off, nice and clean, for warranty repair on Feb 24th. They called a few days ago to advise they finally looked at the machine (over a month since dropped off), could find nothing wrong with it and were going to give it a tune up and send it back to us. It arrived today. The machine was covered in grinds with a panel popping out on one side! The way the panels fit together you can tell it was clearly just a sloppy reassembly from the technician. Pathetic. Most frustratingly, the original problem is also still present. So they had the machine for over a month, didn't fix it, and returned the machine in worse condition than when it was dropped off. Nice. I normally do not write reviews but this was just too much.

I went here to replace an old super automatic espresso machine and was looking for a different place from where I had been going. I'd done a fair amount of research, for what I was looking for, and this is the shop I chose. So glad I read and listened to the reviews for Genius. I was so impressed by the friendliness and customer service, that this will now be my go to" place. Both the owner and his sales associate were extremely helpful. Not for one minute did I feel unwelcome or like I was asking "dumb questions". Thank you! I definitely recommend Genius Coffee N' Espresso Equipment."

Stopped by to pick up a small replacement part for my espresso machine. Staff were friendly and helped locate the part over the phone and reserved it for pickup. The store has all the essential equipment and accessories for your espresso needs. Check it out!

Excellent service, great support and knowledge from the front desk and staff.Eugene the general manager, was absolutely wonderful to deal with, he took his time not only to fix and reprogram the machine but also to testing it again in front of me before leaving the shop, explaining the programming process and very kindly carrying the machine and loading into my car.Thank you Genius! Now, I can use my “Saeco Magic Comfort “If you need to have your machine serviced or to buy a new coffee machine, Genius is the place to go.

Just picked up my repaired machine, and its like new! Very happy with the service and communication. Also one of the few places in town that can help with such a wide range of machines (exobar for me).

Helpful, responsive, pleasant service. Machine repair queue is long but that’s not a fault of Genius; it’s long at every place I called. Strongly recommend.

Wow. What an amazing customer service!! Danielle (manager/sales) was very accommodating in looking at my machine when I got there. He was able to tell me what’s wrong and show me a few things from preventing problems in the future.If you need your coffee maker fixed or get a brand new good quality espresso machine THIS IS THE PLACE!
