Came here for food and games. Our server at the restaurant was really good, I can’t remember her name but she has been there for years and is always great!Guy operating VR room games was amazing! Definitely will be back again and again!

Where to start? Our server was AMAZING. The rest? Not so much. We had a reservation for 20 people at 4pm. For a birthday party. (Was booked 3 weeks in advance). 4:16 we finally get our seats. Nothing was wiped or cleaned. The seats had popcorn all over them, not mention the floor. Had to call someone in to clean that up. We were back by a utility closet and we had to move our tables forward 3 feet as to not get hit by the people grabbing chairs for about the 1st hour we were there. The floor had not been cleaned under those tables in months. Then the food came out. 5 dishes were cold. And those came out 1st. So back they went to get something different ordered. Nothing was brought out in a timely fashion. The wings had zero taste added to them. It's like the kitchen forgot to add flavor. Some people were done eating before the last of us got our meals. Drinks had things floating in them several times. They did exchange them free of charge. This is a family gathering place, no small plastic cups for the little ones. No crayons or the like either. Overall was very disappointed. Will not be returning there anytime soon. And I gave 2 stars because of our server. Be very wary if going with a large group.

So much fun! We were here for 5 hrs +! Food and beverages were great. Everything we ordered was great. Live entertainment even. So much fun for the family!

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I'll never go back there. The food was sub par the service was terrible. The only good thing about this place is the arcade. The arcade gets 4 stars. These are the pics of the food we sent back and the mess of dishes my wife cleaned up because there was no one around to take all the dishes away.

Went there for the Salsa Tribute on Friday. The place boasts of arcade games , bar as well as dance floor. The area is big enough to accommodate a big crowd.

Had a visit with my wife & good friends on Saturday 12th. Was greeted first thing when entering The Rec Room by friendly staff. My friends were hungry so we decided to get a bite to eat. I had the poutine which was pretty good the gravy tasted good but could of been hotter. My wife had the pretzel she really enjoyed it. And my friends liked their salad and nachos. The servers we very nice and friendly. Next it was time for hitting up some games. This place has a lot of games but they could use more older games for example pinball and fighting games.The point system is good but I got ripped of on the barrel game I had 300 points but it only counted 151... It was at this moment I gave up on the tickets. Spent 50 dollars and got about 1402 tickets. The place was bit of a gong show by 4:00pm so decided to leave. ***Note they need to do something with huge PAC Man game as people can walk in between you and screen not cool!***

My cousin had his birthday party here! The server we had was great, we had a party of at least 10+ people and the service was fast and consistent. Also must say the Pizza here is actually really good!When it comes to the games, the price you pay for credits is quite fair, only spent $30 and that was plenty to play a ton of games. The Jurassic Park Shooting Game and the 4-player Mario Kart games are far the best.

We meet there to share time with my coworkers, it was a little too busy and noisy so we decided to search for another place to enjoy but with the possibility to talk also. The parking was full, at least the one in front of the building. Any way the place is amazing, a lot of different machines, games and table games. Probably better for younger people, teenagers and so.

Lots of fun games for all types of gamers. Free refills on pop if you hang on to your glass. Would be awesome if they had a concession stand with small treats or a vending machine for beverages if you don't want to carry an glass, but they do not. You can bring in outside food from my understanding. We didn't order food but they have a menu of appetizers and main dishes.

This place has a good atmosphere, staff is ok. Food needs more work. We asked for Nachos. Nachos were flavorless. Chicken wings are great!This place could be great if gets more work at the kitchen.
