I loved this restaurant since I was a child- exceptional service throughout my adolescent years and adulthood. Family and friends alike would likely brag about how delicious and incredible the crust was. But I mean this- save your money and do not go here. The quality has rapidly gone downhill and I do not say this light heartedly. I used to come here often for slices and the crust and toppings were perfectly balanced. You couldn’t even call it a crust these days because it’s so sloppy and greasy and you cannot even hold it in your hands without it falling apart. I had given it about 3 tries to see if it was just an off day as I had recently moved to Charlottetown and do not make the trip to Summerside often anymore. I asked for a refund today as I just do not see the point in paying for pizza that is not enjoyable for me or my family. The server working was quick to argue with me about how the service and quality has not changed and it is the same staff, completely invalidating my complaint. I would not call this great customer service. Seriously never going back here again and it saddens me because I really was a huge Michaels fan but you just lost a life long customer.

I have been here many times in past years and it used to be very good however recently had been horrible. Wait times are very long for pick up orders. Food is cold when it arrives. Staff are very very rude at pick up window and when placing a phone order you are often put on hold and never get spoken too so you have to go in to order. However this is not the issues today I placed a delivery order for a poutine with beef and a some other items however the poutine did not have beef and I was charged as well as when I started eating it I found a black hair and I have very blond hair so it is not possible it was mine! They refused to give me a refund unless the driver came and gotten it so I had to wait for the driver to come pick it up for a refund. Very unhappy with the service and will be going to Dino’s from now on as I have never had an issue with them .

I was introduced to Michael’s Pizza from my wife(who is originally from Summerside). It was always exceptional with great toppings and crust to validate the higher prices. Had it many times. Recently went last week while in for a Hockey Tournament and it was sub-par.It changed.Perhaps the new owners?I am giving it 3 starts because maybe it was a bad night but not sure I will be returning.

It was good pizza. Slow. Took then about 35 minutes from when we ordered to have thr pizza ready. Two medium pizzas. The pepperoni was a bit too much, as in there was ALOT of pepperoni on the pizza. Cheese was delicious. It was hot which was nice. Not to expensive considering, two medium pozzas cost us $45 with tip. The only parking was on the street. It was easy to access, especially If you're doing a quick pick up and run.

I agree with previous reviewers - we had great pizza here. It was a bit slow being served but worth the wait. I also agree that they should have some music in the dining area. It’s way too quiet, just odd. Also the service was slow and our waitress seemed very uninterested in helping us.For atmosphere 2 stars.Service 3 stars.Food is awesome.Very limited beer selection.

Fantastic atmosphere & centralized location (Harborside not Uptown) near the Rotary Library. Friendly staff & prompt to take order and served in a reasonable time (still hot). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. Perfect Date-night spot & Family (Groups) seating but pricey so do keep that in mind. Otherwise enjoy the delicious food and ask for chicken sauce gravy with your poutine, it's the best!!!

Pizza was great size for personal pizza!Dough seems to be made in house, sauce was good and cheese was decent.The poutine was much larger then expected, especially for the price.Do recommend!

Bit pricey, but that's life now eh? Anyways 2 big pizzas and a garlic finger and everything was fantastic. Pizza was piping hot even when I got it home. Haven't had garlic fingers in years and they were as good as ever. Michael's is Summerside best place for pizza.

Walked in to get a slice of pizza and there were 2 slices left. The guy ahead of me told them twice he only wanted 1 piece but they gave him both so I couldn't get one. Haven't been there in 3 years so I thought I'd give it a try, needles to say it'll be more than 3 years before I go back again!
