The worst experience ever. The rudest manager who doesn't care about the company reputation or the clients. Be ready, that your gel manicure will last one week only. No information on the service policy, not warranty explained but don't dare to be back in case of a complaint. The manager raising voice at the client in front of other clients and employees completely destroyed the impression and the reputation of the place. For 45CAD manicure find another place!

This place is amazing! I’ve had my nails done here a few times- each time has is absolutely amazing! Amazing designs, the entire staff is wonderful, great prices, highly recommended to anyone!

I always go for their for nails, pedi's and waxing. The girls are all great, but Emily is the best for me

I always go to VIP for all my acrylic sets! Annie does absolutely stunning nail art. I highly recommend this place!

Booked an appointment for gel/shellac nails when I got there the tech was under the impression that I was getting a full set of acrylic nails. Rushed the application and they chipped badly after only a couple of days when gel usually lasts a couple of weeks.

My girl friend went in for nails to be done with design. The nails and design were fine but they must be made of gold . They charged 146.90. It was 16 dollars to use the debit machine. Don't go here the prices continously rise everytime u go u pay more and more. This place is highway robbery at its best. As far as u not saying u do not charge for use of debit machine then why Is it cheaper if u use cash? Maybe tax evasion shady practices one price cash more expensive if u use debt machine. No problem I will call better business bureau and Canada Revenue Agency and let them know what I think is going on. I will also tell everyone I know how u r shady

My sweet great aunt went here to get her nails done and the girl destroyed her nails. Her fingers were raw, red and sore for days after this. She spoke to the manager and nothing happened. They didn't even give her money back. I'm not saying all of the workers are bad, just the one and the way this was handled was NOT professional in any way.

My partner went into VIP Nails to have a gel manicure. I dropped her off and 45 minutes later she was done. She was OK upon return. I paid as, I suggested VIP (since it's close to my bank, CIBC).A week later, the gel had lifted on one finger. In Europe 1.5 hours is common for the above mentioned service. There, customers are treated with an air of elegance. I understand this is Bay of Quinte and know things are different here, as I was born here, but have travelled extensively and know it can be better.Anyhow, as you can see from the picture, gels are baked onto the nail like clearcoat over a car's paint job. So, I was surprised when she showed me.Needless to say, she demanded to speak with the VIP Nails manager that day. It wasn't pretty and he blamed her for not knowing the company's policy regarding complaints - it's NOT posted anywhere. I understand he is trying to blame to customer to save money, but to raise one's voice in frustatrion is unprofessional.The enamel used needs to be of a better quality. Adhension should last for at least one month - NOT ONE WEEK! Further, technicans need to be friendlier and communicate effectively to ensure the customer is satisfied with the service.Overall, I'd like to rate VIP Nails higher, but there are a few things that must be addressed:1/ Improve air quality - I got a headache after 5 minutes. Nail polish remover contains toluene (a known carcinogen) and the other solvents in the shop need to be evaluated for toxicity.2/ Gel enamel - replace with a higher quality product3/ Technican skills - re-train accordingly4/ Manager - raising one's voice to others is disrepectful. Situations like this can be handled in a non-confrontational manner.

My husband and I went for pedicures. Was my husband's first time ever! Staff made him feel so welcome, and explained everything to him. He has sore feet all the time and poor circulation due to medical issues. So having his feet done felt great for him. The next day he was kept saying how his feet feel so good. He can't wait to go again.Myself I had a great pedicure too, and the gentleman that did it was so nice. Our experience was great, we both can't wait to go back again!Also it was very clean!

My friend and I always come here and are greeted with the most friendly people. My nails are always done how I want them and their service is so fast. Great prices. It’s my go to spot. 100/100!!
