Man. This is the place to go if you need your TV fixed!! My 90 year old dad's TV broke. I dropped it off and left a $50 repair deposit. In 1 week I had a return call explaining the problem and that parts were on order. Repair was done the next week. They applied the $50 to the total cost of the repair $270. My dad was very happy to get his TV back so quick. Excellent customer service too! Well done!!

Wow I found them on the net, as my 60 inch sharp tv decided to turn off one evening and not turn back on. I called them and took my tv in. They are very informative, I got my tv back and it is great! I would recommend preservice" to anyone who has tv issues. Repairs were done fast

Great friendly service in a timely manner once the parts came in! I'll be using them again as price to repair my screen was reasonable! Needed 8 light bars as my TV screen went black.

I was advised by dyson to bring our vacuum here for repair. When I called for an appointment they answered promptly and advised I could drop off the same day. When my husband took it in the lady was fabulous and friendly. Reviewed what was wrong tried it out and changed the part on the spot! Very fast incredible service!

Amazing service and very knowledgeable!My Dyson quit while using it this morning and Dyson referred me to ProService for repair. I called and asked for their hours, today is Saturday, and she said here until 2pm but if you can bring it in right away, our technician is looking at vacuums now. I took it in and they diagnosed and replaced the motor and cyclone for me within the hour ON A WEEKEND!I'll keep their card tucked away for the future for sure, highly recommend!

Have a Dyson Vacuum and was having some issues with it. Looked up a quality shop who works on Dysons. Found ProService and took a chance. Their shop is small and hidden in the corner. They were awesome to deal with. Dropping off my item was seamless, they called when the issue was discovered and gave me a time line to pick up my vacuum. Been going to them for two years now. Just dealt them in June and was exceptional service as always.Also, when you walk into their shop you will see lots of electronics as it's not just me who loves their service. Says a lot.

I, my sister and a friend have had laptop repairs carried out by David over the years from when he was still at the Gigatech location downtown. We can highly recommend his skills and knowledge of electronics. This is a very friendly and personable shop which I will continue to go to for my repair needs and questions. Joyce

Had an older tv (12 years) and we were not sure we wanted or if it was worth fixing, their diagnostic and pricing model is very fair. We decided to go through with the repair after it was diagnosed at a very reasonable cost.Knowledgeable and friendly staff that provided fast service.

Took 2 TV’s to get fixed by this company at different times. Both took roughly 3 weeks to get done from est to ordering parts and repair. Price was reasonable and staff was friendly. They have a lovely dog as well! Would use there services again if I ever need a repair done.
