Requested a quote for some custom boxes & printouts, that took forever..had to ask about it. Fine, got the quote, told Alex I wanted them in different colours, said they don’t have coloured paper?! that they would print colour on white paper. Big mistake, product came out bad with the edges lifting the colours. paper quality was also horrible for the boxes. The boxes came out looking cheap, I was so embarrassed giving them out. At least she had the decency to replace a torn one.About the printouts...I asked for templates to be printed out on coloured paper, again no coloured paper. So they print colour on white paper. same issues stated above plus they printed it wrong. the back has the colour and not the front. I informed Alex about the problem only now she says I have to pay them again to have it printed the right way? Why should I have to pay you again for your mistake? She says she asked me about printing it a certain way and I agreed. I said yes, only because you said you don’t have coloured paper, moreover, I showed her how I wanted it to to turn out. I trusted her advice thinking your method was going to give me my desired outcome (because you are supposed to be the expert), now it turned out bad, you won’t accept your mistake. She didn’t even try to make it better by even offering to redo it for free or discounted.When I went back to pickup the replacement box, she was conveniently away. Didn’t have the guts to face me.Will never go back there. I guess they are decent if you want basic things like business cards but if you want custom stuff and people that will stand by their products, you should go somewhere else.UPDATESaw your response Alex. You are a liar. You said it would look nicer if printed on rather than having a sticker. I will not banter words with you. This however just reinforces how I feel. Have a good day.

We have been using Minuteman Press at the Ellerslie Location in Edmonton since they opened their doors. They have always been great to deal with. The service is fast and the employees are very helpful. We just recently changed the look of our business cards and Alex (employee) gave us suggestions with the layout and they look great! You guys are awesome to deal with! Thanks for the outstanding customer service!

I would highly recommend going to Minuteman Press Ellerslie, if you want great, reasonably priced printing services. Even if you have to make the trek across the city, it is well worth it!! Thanks for the great prints for my artwork!

Alex and Carmen went above and beyond for us! It was my daughters first time having her art printed, these ladies are very knowledgeable and very generous with ideas for future projects!After a tour of the facilities we left with amazing quality prints.Thank you Carmen and Alex, my daughter is so proud and more confident going into her show. You'd be surprised where you'll exceptional customer service, Minuteman Press is one of those places. Jetson went above and beyond for my request, albeit not nearly as grand or sophisticated as the work they're capable of. I'll be a customer for life!

I asked about a printing job, they did not have the paper I wanted in stock. I was informed that once it was in stock it would take another 5-7 business days to print 4 items.The friendly gentleman (he's why it's not 1 star) behind the counter took my information for them to get back to me on how long until the paper would be stocked.But I never heard back from them. I went elsewhere. I would have returned with much more print jobs.

I was looking to have some custom masks printed and Minuteman Press was recommended by a friend.Jetson was very friendly and professional. I emailed the images I wanted and he worked on the design and emailed me the proof that afternoon.The masks were ready 24 hours later and they were exactly what I wanted.Super friendly and super fast service.I've already placed my second order with him.

Recommend this print shop to anyone. They were so helpful for us when we were trying to print our wedding invitations and even spent time to help us find the best option for what we were looking for. The printing was amazing quality and a great price. Couldn't be happier with the product and would use them for anything I need in the future.
