What a wonderful store, the best crystal store I have had the pleasure of visiting! The selection is unbelievable! Fabulous stones and fossils, jewelry and books. Excellent service from knowledgeable and friendly people. I could listen to that man talk all day. ❤️

This is a beautiful store full of obviously carefully curated items. The variety of crystals, gems and fossils is staggering. I picked up some beautiful gifts and something for myself too! The staff was warm and very friendly. Can’t wait to stop by again and see what they have.

My favourite store to ever visit when we go to Invermere. It’s a small family business and whenever I visit, they are always so welcoming! Gems (from what I know) are genuine and are at a good price too. Can’t wait to go back!

We had such a lovely experience in your store. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the selection was incredible. We purchased some beautiful stones and I was so impressed with how quickly and beautifully they were packaged up. Wonderful experience, amazing vibes, we will most definitely be back and would highly recommend everyone visit.

The service was incredibly rude. As we are no longer required to wear masks the employee confronted me and inserted himself into my personal space bubble. After advising I had medical exemption he huffed so I left. My sister attempted to buy an item but left after standing at the counter awaiting the help from the same employee who was at the register.All around really great taste in my mouth insert sarcasm

This is one of my favorite gem and jewellery shops. I come all the way from Calgary because of the quality and uniqueness of items found here. Wonderful staff who stand behind their product (provided free repairs when I had broken a piece bought here). I can't wait to visit again.

This is my favourite store in the valley. Yolanda and her family bring in the most gorgeous collections for all types of gem enthusiasts. There is something here for all ages! I go there for jewelry in particular because the pieces are so incredibly beautiful and priced very reasonably. Every time I visit River Gems, I am provided with family-like customer service; they even pull items from the back that they know I'll love. And they have a stash of treats for my pup - bonus! This is a very special store and it's the hard work of this family that makes it special.Now, to address the elephant in the room: masks. River Gems is asking able customers to wear a mask, which is frustrating for some people, but something I personally appreciate. Their space is cozy and won't allow for customers to safely maintain physical distancing. This is a small town with limited medical resources, so they are stuck between a rock and a hard place with this one. I imagine their decision to do this wasn't an easy one, especially with all the varying opinions/feelings out there. But at the end of the day, they are trying to put the health of their employees and our community first. This is something I respect and value, which is why I will be a lifelong customer.
