This salon provides exceptional service! Peter is my go to person. Helen and the rest of the staff are also amazing. They take their time when assisting their clients and do everything in their best interest. Their prices are also reasonable.

Bridlewood Nail Spa is the best salon I have experienced in many years. Even though it is out of my area, I travel there to get my manicure and pedicures. I ask for the nail technician, Rain, as she is very skilled in pedicure and foot care. Her manicure nail designing skills are extremely professional. Thank you all for great service.

We came on Sunday and my nails still look good on Friday... Really well run place and we dealt with Helen... Brought back my mom and daughter to get nails done too! Pic is 6 days later.. still looking good ...

I always love my nails! Amy is especially talented with freehand designs, she does her best to recreate the photos I bring to her each time. I can get three weeks per set before they grow out too much for my comfort and become uncomfortable to type all day long at the office. Helen has been there a long time and is a hard worker as well she is running around doing many things at once to keep the place going. I can't wait to explore more options and decide what to get next time and see everyone again.

We had made an appointment for 4 pm for 3 pedicures. They called at 330pm asking to push back to 430pm as they were busy. We agreed to this. When we arrived at 425 to check in for our appointment they acted like they had no booking for us. We told them you called us 40 mins ago. We have the name of the person we spoke to which was also the lady we were speaking to. She then asked us for her number ? Like you called us how would we have this info otherwise. She then confirmed it was her who called and said they were busy and to come back in another 30 mins. The attitude and dismissive behaviour when they clearly had overbooked was unacceptable. We left and went to Beautique Bar upstairs who saw us right away and were very kind to us. Avoid this place.

Great and professional service. Prices are also reasonable. This was my first visit to this location. The nail tech Peter fulfilled my requirements by keeping my nails short and simple. I will definitely continue going here often.

Shelac manicure & pedicure including removal; eyebrows threading. Helen and her amazing staff have attention to details no short cuts despite how busy they are with back to back customers. I shift from other nail service salon to them because o of so many reasons, one is cleanliness. This place is clean, organized and staff wear their nametags. Reasonable prices for services rendered. Will absolutely recommend to family and friends! Will come back more often.
