Condos Eau-Vie is an amazing place to live in. Extremely solid and well-built building with all you need in terms of amenities. The infinity pool is just amazing and overlooking the beautiful Rivière des Prairies. The views are just spectacular from every angle of the building. A true haven within few minutes from Montreal and Laval's attraction center.

J'habite aux Condos Eau-Vie d epuis maintenant 2ans et demi. Je ne changerais pas mes vues magnifiques et mon très beau condo tout vitré pour admirer la rivière, la verdure et la faune. Tout a bien évolué. C'est maintenant un petit bijou! Par comparaison peu cher pour avoir un condo directement sur l'eau! Et les autres copropriétaires sont très agréables.I've been here at Condos Eau-Vie for 2 and a half years now. I would not change my spectacular views and very beautiful condo with great big windows to contemplate the river, the greenery and fauna. It has evolved quite well and become a real gem! Very affordable for a condo directly on the river compared to others. Also very nice fellow co-owners.

Expérience très décevante Holly nous a montrée son Penthouse on était très intéressé on a essayer de l’appeler pour faire une offre et faut croire quelle a pas pris sa au sérieux aucun suivis avec nous a été fais . Heureusement on a trouver ailleurs
