My company has been utilizing Tech Logic Solutions Domain Registration, Website Hosting, SSL and Website Development services for approximately 10 years now. Tech Logic Solutions has been nothing but professional and extremely helpful when the need had arisen, which has been very seldom and for nothing serious out of normal technical issues to which Tech Logic Solutions has been very quick to resolve. We have never experienced being blocked out from their services, emails, servers etc... from any of our devices. I was a TLS customer since 2018 and had been reasonably satisfied with their service. A few minor glitches along the way but that is to be expected and tech support has always been responsive, although I grew frustrated with a recurring issue that would block my email service from time to time despite no changes on my end. I ended up deciding to move to another domain & email hosting service. No concerns up to this point.In trying to cancel my account the correspondence with Ken Savage, Executive Manager, devolved into the realm of complete ridiculousness. For example: I tend to believe you were purposely messing with your settings to create issues periodically as this was not happening for you all the time only periodically over a 4 year period."I do wish TLS well...
