I'm a frequent visitor of this location for bloodwork due to my medical condition. Lately, I have been coming once a week for two months now. The lab is clean and well organized. The staff wear masks to minimize any spread of respiratory illnesses considering their high-contact work with potentially ill individuals. I switched from setting appointments to walk-in and there wasn't much difference in wait times. I am often called in within 5 minutes of registering.In summary, the location is clean and tidy. Technicians are prompt, friendly, and professional. Wait times are not too long depending on when you visit. If you don't want to risk waiting due to crowds, I would suggest setting up an appointment online.

Staffs are helpful. If you dont have appointment they try their best to accomodate you. Very clean and sanitized facilities.

4 stars for the fast line up. Waited for almost 2 hours at the midland location but only 10 mins here. However just an FYI, the lady who took my blood poked my veins so many times but still didn’t get it into the tubes. Girl needs more practice.

I booked an appointment online for a blood test. They were 15 min late for my appointment. But the person who took my blood was nice and professional. It was fast and painless.

I took my parents for routine blood work here and we did walk-in. The whole experience was very smooth. I liked that they had the screen displaying wait times. There were lots of spots for people to sit and wait. The waiting room was clean. Patricia, the lab tech, was very pleasant and skilled.

I am always scared and hesitant to get any blood work done because of some horrible experiences that I've had before. Reading the reviews I was worried. However, I came in and everything exceeded my expectations. The place is very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Everything was very quick but not rushed. They took my requisition and my health card to check me in and told me to go sit in the blood drawing room. An incredibly comforting and kind lady was there shortly. She asked if I had my blood work taken before, I let her know a long time ago. I think she sensed I was very nervous and scared so she was very gentle and explained what to do. She was excellent at inserting the needle and talked me through breathing to relax. It was over very quickly and she told me to take my time and sit as long as I need and checked in on me at least three times. she taped a cotton ball onto my arm. I felt fine immediately after the blood work and was not dizzy and my arm was fine and not in pain at all. There is no mark on my arm and I am able to do a full workout the same day. I am so thankful for this positive experience.Very clean facility.Excellent A+, I will definitely come to this location for any other testing.

Called Life Labs at Kennedy Road. Waiting on hold for 10 minutes. I decided to go into the location as in hold. Not a single person in line. Why couldn't anyone answer my call. Very poor service here Life Labs. Your service is poor

Had a very positive experience with a Jamaican lady, whose name began with the letter D. Very professional and efficient location. I would highly suggest given the number of Mandarin and Cantonese speaking patients, the staff learn how to say the room numbers in those languages and basic sentences such as when they are calling someone to a specific room. I noticed that many of these clients do not speak English and were having a difficult time understanding staff. Otherwise, great experience!
