Terrible customer service. They will lie to sell shoes . When I arrived home with my shoe, there was a little stain underneath the sole and they weren’t comfortable at all so I went to return them, they never accepted to refund or even exchange them saying there is a little stain ( that I never did) Told them it was already there, still they were rude and arsh. Horinle horrible customer service. Will never set foot in that store ever again.

I'm really into Fjallraven and it's the only shoe store in downtown (to my knowledge) carrying that brand. Thumbs up to Jackson for the quality of service. Really patient (sorry, I'm picky as hell) and dedicated about his job. Love my new pair.

I went there yesterday the 12/10/2022 afternoon, with my mom who’s wears the hijab and me who’s a black woman. We entered the store the same time as another white couple, as we accepted the employees said hi and welcomed the couple and didn’t talked to us, secondly I wanted to try some shoes the employees didn’t even bothered to help, after a while I talked to this employee and she answered me rudely and not politely at all as if she’s telling me I’m not welcomed in there, after all of this we decided to get out without buying anything. hopefully someone will do something about the employees behaviour and I will assure you that there’s a lot of people who experienced the same thing as us.

Walked in , chide a new baklave ladies running show on sale $45 asked for size the clerk said o this the size . I’ll keep it behind counter , my husband was looking to try on a pair of Vans .. they were too small .. but same clerk says to him oh they look cute .. lol and tried to say they will stretch .. yes but not get longer hhhhaaa . We let go , then my husband saw another pair for his friend and we decided to pick them up (good price ) we proceeded to cash out . I was not paying attention as my husband was paying cash !! We get home I take the shoes out and I said I don’t remember these new balance to be so ugly and nylon ? He said that’s not the shoe we bought ? Then I looked at the receipt and not only was the shoe wrong style but it was $85 instead $45 .. I drove all the way back to the store and they were so casual about the whole thing .. oh sorry .. my time , my gas, my frustration .. what happened here .. manager was so cool .. and looked like she just arrived from a nights party .. and like what do you want .. here you go and be on your way ! Lol I think this excuse for staff shortage they need to stop using for everything .. never going there again .

Worst customer service ever!! I was sitting there for 10min and all the employees of the store passed by me and none of them asked me if I needed help or even say Hi"!!!"

People working there have zero patience! If you take more than two minutes to think whether the shoe fits right/ you like it or not, they start giving you attitude! Thats what I experienced in both branches downtown, so its not a single incident..They just basically want you to give them your money and get out of there! plus they charge more for shoes that you would find in other stores like Browns with lower and sometimes discounted prices. Just go elsewhere.

We bought a shoe cleaner that supposedly clean all types of shoes. My girlfriend used it on her brand new special edition shoes. The cleaner destroyed the suede and the shoes were ruined. When she went to the store to see if they could help her clean or fix the shoes they refused to help and even reimburse her for the shoe cleaner. She tried emailing corporate and corporate also refused to help at all. They sell you stuff that doesn't work and won't let you get a refund.The store staff was helpful by helping submit a complaint with corporate. It is frustrating to see that the company doesn't care about their clients.
