I shipped a 2008 35ft springdale travel trailer from Quebec to B.C, I was not treated like a customer but like family. I would highly reccomend this company, the service I received was over the top A++ in my books.

Excellent service! I used Red Foot haulers to relocate a tent trailer from Ontario to Nova Scotia. The driver came on time and delivered trailer promptly within a few days to its destination. Communication was good with company and had quick reply’s to any questions I had through out the process.

Ryan and his team were excellent to deal with when transporting a truck from BC to Alberta for us 2 weeks ago. The truck was picked up and delivered within the time frame Ryan had mentioned and he was always quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use his services again or recommend to friends.

Red Foot Haulers shipped our car from Vancouver to Calgary. Carrier Picked the car up at the ferry terminal,so I could make the next ferry back to Victoria. Good communication, solid company to use, would definitely use them again if I needed to ship a vehicle

I moved a trailer from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland through Red Foot and I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. They were immediately responsive and also so much cheaper than the other companies I contacted… I honestly thought maybe they were too good to be true? But by piggie backing on another delivery and by me being flexible with timing they were able to deliver our trailer for a really great price.Communication was good and our trailer arrived exactly in the delivery window they provided.

We purchased a 2022 Dutchman Yukon 399ml from Go RV we have had nothing but issues with them. We hired Red Foot Haulers to bring the unit to Kelowna for the winter and back home in Alberta in the spring. They were punctual and professional. The park we wintered at was relieved that we had an experienced driver bringing it into the camp and gave us a better spot for it. Thanks Ryan for doing a great job.

Ryan and team did an amazing job getting our airstream to us in southern Ontario from Vancouver. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service, communication and the carrier that they used. I booked the shipment of my travel trailer with Ryan at red foot haulers in the Fall of 2022. I discovered through this process that red foot facilitates other shipping companies to actually ship items for them. I found Ryan's customer service to be lacking, he was argumentative, accusatory, and confrontational with me over the phone while coordinating my shipment. My experience with I&S Freight (the company hired by red foot to actually ship my trailer) was excellent, Steve was accommodating and apologized for Ryan's conduct on more than one occasion. Red foot charged a hefty fee for connecting me with I&S Freight ($1000 CAD) and at the last minute, on the day of delivery, tried to charge me an extra $600 CAD to get a tax receipt for my transaction (Ryan was aware that I was moving for employment and would need a receipt for reimbursement from my employer). I was extremely unsatisfied with the service from Red Foot and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking long haul shipping.Update: you'll see some of the described behavior in Ryan's reply to this review. At no point did I ever ask for a refund, Ryan threatened to cancel my booking on the pick up day, before the trailer was even picked up, and hold me in breach of contract. I have the emails, not sure why he would lie about that, but I do not want to continue an argument over Google reviews.My advice to potential customers of red foot is to use caution when selecting a shipping company, as I have definitely learned from my mistake.

Ryan and his crew were easy and efficient to deal with. Our car was picked up and delivered by one of their trusted contractors, from Coquitlam to Kelowna, in an enclosed car carrier. The door to door service was a bonus as we shipped in January and the car is not a winter vehicle! The guaranteed delivery window required a bit of flexibility due to winter conditions, and as a customer I respect this. My calls were answered and my concerns were addressed and accommodated. This whole process was smooth and simple. I would recommend RedFoot Haulers to anyone looking to ship their “baby” and I will say I am very satisfied.
