We recently bought a 2012 Jayco jay feather ultra lite from John at Leica Auto/ RV Sales and we have nothing but good words to say about our experience. John allowed us to look at the trailer for over an hour and inspect the trailer from top to bottom and then answered all our questions. We never felt pressured to shuffle through quickly and buy as you would at a larger RV sales store. After we decided to purchase the trailer, John was able to work a fair price with us, work out a list of small things to be fixed, and have it professionally inspected before pickup. On our day of pickup John had completed all the tasks, completed the inspection and lined up insurance which made the pick up very smooth and painless. On top of this great experience, John picked up and included a brand new and filled propane tank. We love our new trailer and we are thankful we found Leica RV/ auto Sales!Rebecca & Kevin

We called John and told him we were going to buy the Motorhome he advertised on Marketplace. I offered to send him a deposit by e-transfer to hold it because we would have to drive 3 hours to his location to do the paperwork. He and “Terry” told us we didn’t need to as they would absolutely not sell it till we got there. We jumped in our car and filled it with gas and raced over the Coquihalla Hwy to get our new Motorhome. 2 hours into our drive we got a call from Terry to inform us that they had sold the unit to someone else. I cannot begin to convey the disappointment we felt or describe how shady we were treated by both these men. Neither of them took responsibility for their actions and both blamed the other saying the other was the boss and made the decisions.Buyer beware!!! After dealing with John and Terry you will need a shower to remove the slime.

John was 110% amazing. The price was great, but the service was out of this world. He offered to deliver our 30 foot trailer to Chilliwack Lake (40 minutes each way) and worked tirelessly to part the trailer on our sloped lot (it took 20 tries and an hour of his time). He never lost his nerve or complained (which even the most patient people would). If it wasn't for the Pandemic, I would gladly shake his hand and give him a big hug. Super nice guy and a fine example of lost art of honorable salesmanship. Thank you!

The customer service was amazing, very fair prices. John was ever so professional and kind. Jim the driver was also amazing, he took his time making sure my first ever, 31ft RV was in a levelled proper spot. I would most definitely recommend Leica RV to my friends and all interested in RVs. So where to start….we phoned him in the morning about a trailer he had. Everything seemed fine and was told the trailer was in mint condition. We decided to take a road trip down and get the trailer when we arrive he was not very welcoming. The trailer had many visible water damage spots with mold. The floor was spongy and inside smelted musty. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM guy is a scammer and you will be disappointed when you leave with garbage

We have just made our second purchase from john at Leica and what a mistake. We had minor issues with the 1st one but he eventually took care of it and he was a decent guy. 2nd purchase will be our last from him. He said our recent purchase was all checked out and in great shape.well he is a liar. The water system had a leak, the filter was broken under the sink and there was a dead mouse floating in it( which i have pics of).fast forward a couple weeks and we had a bearing cease and almost catch fire on our 1st trip out. He is a Liar, a scammer and nothing but a salesman that cares only about making a buck.

Just purchased a Topaz 28 ft fifth wheel from Leica RV. John was so nice and gave us a lower than asking price. We are first time owners of a fifth wheel and the trailer was in great shape. He delivered the trailer no charge. We had a missing hose and he came back and dropped one off! He made sure we we're happy with the trailer. Thank you John!

Very dishonest. Sold us a travel trailer stating that it was all working well. We took it to O'Connor as they had a special on cleaning for summer and discovered that the hot water tank was had frozen and was leaking, the electrical was not working properly. When we confronted him he told us to bring it back and he would fix it. However when we brought it home we discovered that only 1 of the 3 electrical outlets were working. We later took it to O'Connor's who showed us that the hot water tank had never been replaced and had subsequently leaked causing the floor to rot.

Just bought a trailer off of John at Leica RV. The whole process was very easy, I felt no sleazy sales pressure. John let us check the trailer out top to bottom, negotiated a fair price, and was very accommodating and helpful for the pick-up process. I feel confident that the unit was checked thoroughly by John and the team and all repairs were done well prior to being put on the market. It's clear John stands behind his product.

John is a huge crook and a compulsive liar. I informed him that I was coming from Vancouver Island to look at a trailer. After asking him a million questions we get there to find out the trailer we come to see was leaking and rotten. He lied and said it had no rot and no leaks. He also lied and said the propane tanks were full which were both empty and expired. Would never deal with this idiot ever again. Head for the hills!!
