The interior is very Hong Kong style, the bubble waffle was crispy, the fruit tea was delicious, and the pineapple bun was so yummy. Must try!

Nice place to go. There are a lot of options and there is a discount for the teas of the day.Also, I have tried their egg waffle. It was so good.The store is so cute with nice decoration.

Ordered three slush via UberEats; at a price point of ~$7 including tapioca, would have expected higher quality, instead of a fruit-flavoured watery drink. Definitely would not order again.

Absolutely love this place , the staff are super nice and helpful and patient . And it's great that it's right along the path so not far from the beaches , and attractions. They're pretty quick even when busy .Definitely recommend you visiting i love going there everytime i'm in the area.

Amazing bubble tea! I went there and ordered the Mango Passion Fruit Jelly Tea and added tapioca instead of the fruit jelly. This was absolutely refreshing and delicious! If I’m ever in town, I will 100% visit this place again for that exact same order.

I tried cuppa tea in Markham and was very pleased with their fruit teas so I wanted to try this location. Today I tried the grape day fruit jelly iced tea and the pork ribs rice bowl.The tea was great and refreshing- would recommend! I like how they add real fruit to the tea. The rice bowl however, seems like they've just heated it up which is a bit disappointing. I don't think the price of the rice bowl is worth it in my opinion as you can find a better quality rice dish elsewhere with the same or better price. But since this is more of a tea shop than a place to eat actual meals, I can't complain.I witnessed the girl working here providing awesome customer service to a customer who was dissatisfied with their drink (I don't think they are bbt drinkers). She was very respectful and accommodating even though there were other customers waiting in line. Would recommend trying their teas here!
