Took our Alienware laptop for them to fix. The screen kept going white. He “replaced” the screen but it still went white so we gave it back to him and eventually he said he would refund us and give the computer back in its original form with the original screen but now the computer won’t even turn on. It beeps 8 times which means he messed up the LCD and its not connected. The screw connecting the cover of the back were missing so it just easily comes off. Do NOT recommend !

Bought a MacBook a couple of weeks back. Really good prices, comparable to private sales, but with a warranty and they have a repair service.

Great service, low price. I brought my laptop in to be repaired (new screen) and it was ready same day. It was under half the price of Apple Store and much less than I was quoted by another laptop repair service. Definitely would recommend. Parking is tricky but easy if you park in the Choices lot.

Excellent service from start to finish.Replaced battery on my MacBook Pro within a day.Can't recommend highly enough. Laptop was repaired promptly.Very convenient location, I would definitely use them again!
