It's a bare bones kind of place. The rooms are simple as it's an older complex. But it was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfy, and the staff were very nice. It's not in the best part of town but we had no issues. All in all, I do recommend it.

Liked this place when we stayed for a night there.They exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and space.We were 4 and taken 2 room suite. Both rooms were decent sized and the living room was bigger than what I have seen in US. Also the sofa was big enough for 1 person.

Nothing fancy about this motel. Not far from the ferry. Staff were very nice and accommodating. They put our motorcycles right in front of the unit we were renting. The price of the room was very reasonable. The room we rented was very clean. Really nothing to complain about. Now where’s the hot tub and pool. O yeah, we got what we paid for and you know, we aren’t complaining.

Was interested in staying the night on my first trip to Nanaimo but the front desk won't even answer, just picks up and hangs up. Either the staff is obscenely rude or just doesn't want the business. This place goes on my blacklist.

Don't trust him because he doesn't trust you enough to pay.He entered my information wrong and I got denied on his payment terminal.I brought in one of the best carpentry contractors in the Lower Mainland offered him some work because his place looked like garbage for free, and he wouldn't accept it.

Our room wasn’t very clean, dirt and dog hair all over the floor. The walls are disgusting, dried blood, food , hand prints and dried fluid marks. Beds are very uncomfortable, and the room smelled bad… had to hang car air fresheners in each room. Furniture very out dated and the chairs are filthy. Big hole underneath the door, had the use the bedspread to cover it .Very noisy neighbours… I would not recommend this place .
