The short woman working there with orange hair kept asking me why I choose to buy certain things and went through my purchase history and judged me so I will be switching banks in the hope that the next one I go to will have more respectful employees

This location is not customer friendly. They don't return my emails and when they do, it's usually days later. I'm not talking about the very nice tellers, they are great. I am referring to the manager and financial advisors.

Terrible customer service, avoid this branch at all costs- no clue or values on real customer service- clearly backing up misconduct is more important than addressing customers finances. Beware of whom you trust with managing your money, they are not as professional as they look.

Awesome and knowledgeable people. We have been fortunate to bank here for decades, and have always been treated right, and with smiles.

Good sized bank located in the Brooklin Center Only used their ATM machine. Loads of parking here.

Had an appointment today at 11, I dnt get any email confirmation or reminder call. When I went to the bank , bank is closed with out any notice. On website it shows open.

STAY AWAY, that is all I got to say horrible customer services, terrible mortgage advisers.Honestly horrible, if I could give them no stars, I would.

Did my third mortgage here and it was an absolute nightmare. The main manager was away for a month and no one knew what they were doing. Very nice people but I feel a piece of the puzzle was missing. There was no one who could make decisions in place of the absent manager. I was told three times that my financial advisor had to come in on his day off to get my mortgage ready in time as if it was my fault. I approached the bank two months in advance of my moving date. Very frustrating and disappointing.

First of all , I am not related to anyone in the bank. I would like to say to the people that criticise the counter staff, STOP ! , they do their best with the limited options they have, I have been at this branch for years, The staff are always polite and helpful , It would be more beneficial if you directed your comments to upper management at Scotia Bank, not the people at the counter, Branch manager , Yes now they have a very good manager that not only cares for her customers, she cares about her staffSupport the front line staff and send your nasty comment to the upper management if you can find them.UPPER MANAGEMENT , GET THE STAFF SOME HELP.By the way not one staff member complained or made any negative comments about their branch.Just adding to my comments based on recent visit, Scotia Bank could use this Branch as a role model for staff and management, every person in this branch that I have interacted with are just so professional and helpful

Hours are awful. People work for a living; how are they expected to do their banking?
