I love this Carters as its at a great location at Uptown Waterloo. The staff is very helpful and always cheerful. They will gladly go a long way to make sure you get what you want.I wouldnt say the store has a complete variety of Carters n Oshkosh; but they do have most of the designs.The best thing is the clearance stand at the end of the store. You can find some things as cheap as $2.99 esp off season stuff. I got a $20 something sweater for $4.99!!

My wife likes to shop here. Buying cute outfits for the kids is fun and relaxing at this store. When she is relaxed, I am relaxed.

Garbage customer service! I cannot believe how incompetent the customer care workers are... not a single solution was provided to rectify my online shopping order experience. A monkey would have been able to provide better assistance.

Carter's had excellent stuff but they really lacked size 4/5 shoes, I know it's nitpicky but that's my daughters size.

Though carters carry wonderful and more designs in kids clothing line, the quality of most of their clothing line(except winter wear) is appalling ! 3 washes and the clothes are rags. So the fair price is when the clothes are discounted at 70% and above.

Absolutely love this store @ the Boardwalk.Customer service is excellent and the selection is awesome. I needed an Orange hoodie for my grandson - not easy to find - but was able to purchase one here @ 40% off!
