Not sure why there are negative reviews.....it's a chocolate shop people!! Happy place! Any rudeness is probably from YOUR attitude. I visit this location all the time (now that lockdown is over...i can go visit yay!!I have never received anything but exceptional service here. Friendly and super nice. Great suggestions if you are stuck on deciding what to get for a gift. When my sister visits from Newfoundland ( I think the only reason she visits me is Purdys!! So Purdys no matter how much she begs, please don't open one in St John's or she will never visit me again), she's barely off the plane and we are there to get some treats. And inevitably back before she returns to stock her up again. It's so bad that the manager knows her by name and when I pass by asks about her!( her name escapes me now but it started with an M and was really pretty).Chocolate is superb. The vegan chocolate is really good as well. Their signature hedgehog is to DIE for.

Y these ppl don’t hire enough employees only one guy to handle 10 customers very poor service

Actually I wanted to rate them 0 stars which I couldn’t . We got a regular cone of ice cream from them which they charged me $3 and some cents and 5 minutes apart another cone of same ice cream costed me $2 more then the 1 st time. It’s not the matter of $2 but just imagine kind of people they cater on regular basis the amount of money they are making . AND YES THEY DIDNT ISSUE US ANY REFUNDS ASWELL

i would want to rate a 0 because i asked for 2 Scoops super hero" and "french vanilla" but they only gave me "french vanilla" that just ruined the day.."

The ladies were very kind, and the chocolate was, of course, delicious.

Just wanted to try their ice-cream. Thought it would be just average. Bit the ice cream here was sooo dense and not too much filled with sugar. One can actually taste the real flavours. But my experience was even more improved by the staff. I forgot to ask her, her name. She was super helpful, friendly and new a lot about what topics go with what ice-cream and gave great recommendations! They have hired the right staff and trained them well!

It was a very busy day (the Saturday before Mother's Day), & the CSR behind the counter was able to both operate the cash register & help me find what I was looking for (12-pk of chocolate peanut butter fingers), give me an update on another product (the chocolate peanut butter fingers were no longer available as singles), & give an alternative suggestion (larger chocolate peanut butter bar singles). A very memorable customer service experience + a very delicious line of products = I will definitely come back again & again! Thank you, Purdy's Bramalea City Centre!
