Went to virgin to switch over my phone plan. A very nice man named Hasan made the process super easy. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what plan best suited my needs. Would highly recommend asking for Hasan!

Had a great experience at Virgin Mobile Rideau Centre today! Siddharth helped me upgrade my phone to an iPhone 14, and was able to knock the price down in a few places. I also traded in my old phone for $100 off. Super smooth and friendly service!

I was very sceptical about buying a new phone and looking for a new plan because I have had difficulties in the past with other companies. Hassan at Virgin Mobile in the Rideau Centre made the process very smooth and comfortable for me. He is very knowledgeable about the different options they offer and he made sure that I was making the best decision possible. Hassan had a great attitude and he did a great job at helping me pick the option that was best for me and my situation. Highly recommend.
