Great place for your ethnic Food shopping. Emmanuel and Joan are very nice people. They help navigate the store and you always leave encouraged. Our family loves the 90 pounds bag of Parboiled rice and many other traditional snack.

The couple are very nice. They have the cheapest goods among African Stores in Winnipeg. Check them out

Good place to get african groceries at a fair price

First time going there and I was really excited when I saw they had a large selection of items.Unfortunately my experience was ruined by the worker there that followed me around like I would rob the store, everywhere I went, I was followed quite obviously. It ironic for someone that was breathing down my back while shopping, when I asked for a recommendation remained silent and behaved like I wasn’t talking to him.The whole experience made me extremely uncomfortable and started to set off my anxiety. It got to the point that I handed the stuff I picked out while shopping for him to put at the register and asked if he could hold on to it until I was ready to check out and pay, while grabbing more stuff I wanted to buy. I had hoped that would convey to him that I was obviously there to shop seriously with honest intentions. Unfortunately even that didn’t stop him from literally following me and staring me down.This made me loose all desire to look for more stuff that I wanted to buy and cut my shopping trip short. I thought perhaps it wasn’t ill intended or he was having a bad day, but a family member recalled the same situation happening to her at their other location when she went to shop there.As a black woman it’s already so frustrating going to shop and experience this type of treatment at other stores and stuff. I felt like I would be safe from this type of treatment at a black owned business but I guess not

Well stocked with african food stuffs. Well priced. Lots of hair products and accessories too. I had a good shopping experience

It was meant to open 9;30 but got there and they were not opened. I called more than 5 times no response and waited for more then 40mins..They're not reliable
