Oh gods where do I start?The wait time is insane! You can have an appointment at 3, arrive on time or even before, and still have to wait an hour or more! Insane! Some of us have things we need to do beyond just sitting in a clinic.The staff will completely ignore the designated name for trans folk, instead choosing to read out the trans person’s deadname and not the name they should. And this is after being told several times! Nothing is worse than being deadnamed and that’s coming from a trans person.My doctor is Dr. Mendez and he will refuse to send you for treatment. It took me years to even get tests done for my chronic insomnia and then ages until I got medication! I beg if he sees this listen to your patients. They know what’s happening with your body better than you, I promise. If you ask for treatment he’ll offer other things that don’t work! Take my insomnia for example. I told him I tried all the basic stuff (reading before bed, exercising before bed, phone off a couple hours before bed, etc) and yet nothing helped. When I returned he insisted I do it all over again! So frustrating.The nurses will take their masks off if they don’t think anyone’s paying attention. I know they’re not mandatory anymore but you see hundreds of patients a week! Insane that they don’t think of at risk patients. I understand if it’s for a sip of water but to just take it off and talk? Inconsiderate. They’re also nosy when you call for an appointment! I’ve been told I can simply say it’s for personal matters but no! That doesn’t suffice for some of them! Insanely rude and incredibly uncomfortable.I do like that Dr. Mendez speaks Spanish but that may be the only good thing about this clinic. My advice? Find another one.

Had an specialist appointment scheduled for noon, the appointment did not start until 12:30 and when I called the receptionist for an update on what happened they claimed that I was being unreasonable asking why the appointment is late and not on time. Customer service is appalling here, and the poor reviews regarding the receptionist are all true, they do not listen and claim that you, as the patient are being unreasonable when you attend your appointment on time.

My experience with Dr Mendez has been a complete disappointment. It has become clear that he does not value his patient's time. The in person wait time is at least an hour in the waiting room for each visit. My most recent experience during an illness involved my appointment being changed from an in person appointment to online as I was experiencing flu like symptoms. The call from the doctor to me came late into the night (10:05 and 10:28). Both calls were missed by me as at that point I was no longer awake and no longer expecting a call from the Dr having waited all day.

Worst possible Md clinic. The receptionists are the WORST here! Absolutely horrible. They have no logic!! Can't ask for a prescription without an appointment- can't get blood work requisition without an appointment. Get tests done- NO follow up to find results. Do blood work there- they lose your results!! Absolute idiots at this location!! Such horrible service!!

This is one of the nicer medical clinics in the area, especially considering what this area is made up of mostly (industrial). The staff are pleasant and the pharmacy staff was quick with my orders. I had asked them to request my prescriptions from another pharmacy and they got them transferred over for me and filled within the hour so I could come pick it up. It was quite busy when I got there but they made me feel like I was their only patient.

Worst. Experience. I simply can't describe how shocked and horrified I was to have been told I had to wait nearly 2 1/2 weeks to see my doctor for an urgent prescription that could affect my pregnancy outcome. Insane. Kummel, the clinic manager kept saying not in my control

Because of the Dr, I give 5 star. The staff there should get no stats and are very sordid!!!!!

Where to start.... First off your website needs updating. Even your own staff complain about it. You DONOT accept walk-ins , you ARE NOT open 7 days a week. The Pharmacy has sporadic hours. Having said that, I absolutely love Dr.Mendez( even though he can't tell time) lol. He is the most caring and kind dr. I've ever had, and I've had many. Also the reception desk is mostly staffed with kind, courtesy staff. A shout out to Patricia and Nubie < hope I spelled that right in the Pharmacy. It seems to me that most all problems and or complaints have to do with the Brand itself and upper management. This is just one gals opinion. Love and best wishes to all.

Waste of time coming here. My appointment was at 2:30pm and my appointment was schedule for another time, which I confirmed since I already had a bank appointment scheduled for that time.Instead of telling me, they wouldn’t take me, they made me wait 30minutes in a waiting room, and then told me to leave because someone else was waiting and they would take me after. Although waiting 30minutes prior. Absolute waste of time, horrible service, and miscommunication, misinformation.100% I would not recommend coming back here. And if you can’t handle your patience and get them in a timely manner, stop taking people.
