Absolutely incredible care and service from start to finish. We had a really in depth conversation about what I needed and hoped to achieve from the massage. At the end of the appointment, I left feeling rejuvenated and confident about the plan Delaina and I had discussed regarding my future appointments. Highly recommend Delaina! She’s truly AMAZING!!!!

I met RMT Delaina Roul several years ago during a very challenging time. Through her desire to enchance her clients' quality of life, coupled with her education and ongoing training in various therapies, I can definitely give her credit for assisting in my progress. She has a broad scope of knowledge that she tailors to fit your goals and abilities. I really appreciate her compassion and consistency, not to mention, she gives one hell of a massage! I liken her to a physiotherapist. I was so impressed with her, I gave up my membership with Massage Addict because I didn't want to give up Delaina.

Delaina is by far the best RMT I've ever had, and I've been to quite a few over the years. She clearly takes her job very seriously and is genuinely dedicated to her clients' improvement. I cannot recommend her enough. She's also a fantastic conversationalist who is very knowledgeable about a wide range of health topics.

Delaina is the best RMT I have found in St. John's. I have already referred two of my friends/family to her and I've only been seeing her for a month. Definitely recommend to anyone that has chronic pain issues - I am finally seeing some relief after 5 years of back and leg pain.

Delaina is a very good RMT. I have been seeing her for a few years now and she never disappoints. She definitely has a lot of knowledge backing her up and it's very evident when speaking with her about different issues. I would highly recommend her.

Delaina is the best RTM in the province! I have been seeing her for almost 5 years and she is always up for the task. She have broad knowledge in multiple treatment techniques, from traditional to alternative like cupping and Graston. Highly recommended specially if you have active lifestyle.

I had seen Delaina previously for massage services and always found her quite helpful. I have had a long-term injury flare up and tested out reiki in my recent appointment with her and I was blown away by the results. One session has reduced my discomfort significantly, and I have noticed my range of motion has also increased. I will absolutely return for her services, especially reiki, and have already recommended her to others. Can’t say enough good things, I highly highly recommend giving Delaina a try!
