Dr. Leyla Mangaloglu

Dr. Mangaloglu is amazing! I'm a very nervous, anxious patient but she has been so kind, sensitive, and patient. She listens, doesn't dismiss my concerns, and does not pressure me into anything I'm uncomfortable with. I've been recommending her to friends who (like me) have been afraid of going to a gynecologist.

Dr Jane Baillie was excellent. I gave birth to my baby a year ago. She listened to me and because my pregnancy was high risk, she monitored me frequently throughout until I safely delivered my beautiful girl. They make a good team with Dr Layla. She also helped me cope with my postpartum depression. Thank you Dr Jane Baillie

Dr Baillie is no compassion and empathy at all. She is like a machine or robot doctor so no human being.I had total hysterectomy so before surgery she didn’t explain side effects for that at all and after surgery she has never explained again if I don’t ask… she doesn’t take care patient after surgery because she only likes and focus surgeries.Other thing is that she wanted stay only in my room 2 minutes to get out so never concerned my symptoms and situations. She didn’t give me time to ask her because she stood up and go … she also has never remembered what she said to me before so that She has never told me the same story. She doesn’t have any responsibility for her talk or explain.Anyway, she is not suitable to be a doctor and I don’t know why she is a doctor. I have never seen like such a machine or robot doctor.If someone is planning to be done surgery with her before you regret please find other gynaecologist. I strongly recommend to go somewhere else.She is worst, terrible, disgusting.

I had my pregnancy checkup with this team. Dr. Leyla Mangaloglu did my 2nd C- Section and no complications at all compare to my 1st C- section which is some where else.pain is also less, feels good, less scar.. Dr is soo nice through out my pregnancy all the team In this office supports and treat very well. I recommend all ,who is looking for OB/gynecologist in Burlington to this DR.

Dr Mangaloglu and Dr Baillie are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and caring. They have been my OBs for my first pregnancy and could not be happier. They take time to explain everything and listen to any concerns. My appts are almost always on time and the staff treats you so well.

I was referred to Dr. Bailie and Dr. Mangaloglu from my family physician. I had both of them for appointments through my entire pregnancy and they were both equally amazing. Dr. Mangaloglu was the one who performed my emergency C-section and was very caring, informative and made me feel very comfortable. I had minimal scarring and no complications afterwards. I never waited any longer than any other medical office appointment. Christina is also wonderful at the front desk. I recommend this team to anyone looking for an OB/GYN team in Burlington.

Dr Mangaloglu and Dr Baillie were my doctors for the last few months of my pregnancy. They were awesome. They were kind and caring and to the point. Unfortunately, both of them were not on call when it was time for me to delivery my baby and I ended up getting Dr Sweets. He was awesome as well! He performed my last minute c-section with Dr Baillie assisting. They did a great job and made me feel calm before and during the procedure. I definitely recommend any three of these doctors!

I am very disappointed, shocked and saddened by the lack of care and compassion from this office. I was booked last year for a hysterectomy on June 13th and it was cancelled due to covid and they never even called me to cancel or reschedule. I then made an appointment with the doctor and Dr. Bailey saw me. I begged the doctor for my hysterectomy asap and they told me surgeries were being triaged and they would get back to me. I called the office so many times crying and in pain from my adenmyosis and couldn't function or handle the pain. So I went to Oakville Trafalagar hospital where they urgently booked my hysterectomy with the best gynecologist I could have ever asked for and had my surgery in July. Its been 7 months since my hysterectomy and I am doing amazing. I am healed and recovered. Today Dr. Mangaloglu's office called to schedule a pelvic ultrasound to re triage patients for surgery. I couldn't believe it! I said I thankfully had my hysterectomy in Oakville from a gynegologist who cared about me. I burst into tears as I cannot imagine if I was still waiting for surgery. I truly know I wouldn't have lasted or been okay. I am so hurt that Dr. Mangaloglu and Dr. Bailey never believed how bad my pain and health was. Thank goodness another gynecologist did.

Had a terrible experience with Dr Mangaloglu and her staff. The Dr did not show any empathy towards me during all my visits. Always seemed very uptight.As a first time Mum, I expected more clarity on things which I did not get from the Dr. I thought I was leaking urine at 29 weeks and I informed the Dr but they never responded on what I should do. Thank goodness I decided to check it out at ER and found out it was my amniotic fluid. Whilst admitted at Joe Brant for my PPROM , I was told Dr Mangaloglu was on duty but she never once came to check how I was doing.Also, I needed a Doctor's note for my inlaws to come visit and the staff kept spelling their names wrong even after correcting her 5 times! It's understandable if you spell a foreign name given to you over the phone wrong, this was via 5 different emails and the staff kept responding with the wrong spelling.Terrible terrible experience overall!
