I have been going to Burlington Eye Care for 2 months now and it has been the best experience I've had at any optometrist clinic I've been to in 25 years of dealing with my eyes. Dr. Germain is so wonderful. I came in with pretty complicated needs and he really understood me and worked with me to ensure I received the exact care I need. Alyssa is also amazing. She's very efficient and knowledgeable. She understands every issue I come in with and I feel like I'm in good hands with her!The admin staff at Burlington Eye Care are all lovely. They're very welcoming and kind! I always feel comfortable when I go there and now I can't imagine going to any other optometrist from here on. I would highly recommend anyone who needs an optometrist to go to this one!

I have been going to optometrists since I was a child. First time to this Optometrist and it was an amazing experience. Office team was wonderful and very friendly. Dr. Germain was professional, patient, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Very much recommend him if you're looking for an Optometrist

This week I went to Burlington Eyecare for the first time.I was so impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of each staff member who assisted me with my vision needs.You will be more than happy if you go to Burlington Eyecare. They provided me resource-rich expertise.

Very knowledgeable,kind,and follows up with your eye problems in an excellent manner.He refers you when needed and quickly .His staff are all very efficient ,extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well.A first rate place to go for your family eye care .His glass frame collections ,range from inexpensive to more extravagant,depending on your choice of frames.He is up to date on eye care and has the best equipment in his office as much as an Opthamologist.I've known him for over 25 years starting when he practised Optometry in the community ,serving those with mobility issues who could not access the office and I was a visiting therapist and referred some of my patients to him.He treats his staff with much respect as well as his patients.The best Optometrist in this area ,hands down!

Ive been going here for over ten years, consistently they have to loudly and clearly inform the customer that their service is to be paid for out of pocket, and the amount owed on the account.. I have limited benefits, but this behaviour is rude and inconsiderate. Esp, since I already know. Ive been using glasses my whole life.Every single lense they have made me, every single frame has failed me. Making there product a 100% fail rate Then they blame me for the damages. even though its cost me thousands out of my own pocket. After this frame, I'm never buying from them again. Id rather lose my limited benefits then be dragged through hell with this office again.

I’ve been receiving care here for more than 30 years. I’ve seen Dr. Germaine as well as other optometrists here. Staff are courteous, professional, efficient and on time for appointments. Most recently I have been seeing Dr. Cavalier who is excellent. You can’t go wrong with this place.

My visit to the Burlington Eye Clinic  was pleasant and rewarding. Dr. Germain was courteous, pleasant and thoughtful, explaining every thing during the visit. I did not feel rushed at any time. I would certainly recommend Dr. Germain's clinic to anyone who requires any kind of vision aid.
