Musée du Chocolat
Small museum with a history of chocolate and some pretty cool sculptures made of chocolate. Totally worth seeing if you have a few minutes to kill and the chocolates are delicious!!

Musée du Chocolat
Cute little place filled with chocolate history and explaining process of making chocolate. Of course you won't miss the opportunity to taste their products - pralines, chocolates, marzipan, nougat... Hot chocolate is also delicious. Come in and get lost in the charms of sweet world.

A little home made chocolate store with a lot of creative and dinamic information about the origin of the chocolate in the world.

If you’re thinking about coming here, you have to know that this museum isn’t huge. It’s one moderately sized room, but it contains a LOT of information. As long as you keep this in mind, and don’t expect some massive multi-stories exhibition, I think you’ll be thoroughly entertained! It was a joy reading all the chocolate lore, and fun to view the little chocolate sculptures. I learned a LOT about chocolate, I gotta say. Also a huge plus was that it was SO COLD in there. I came down this summer, and the air conditioning was a blessing. It made viewing the museum leisurely and enjoyable. The museum is directly connected to the Erico chocolate store. I bought some ice cream and chocolates from there, and both were VERY good. There’s a large variety of chocolate flavours, and a good selection of ice creams and sorbets. The chocolate was also extremely affordable, with a small bar being less than $3. As well, there’s a small amount of merch for the museum - I personally bought myself a shirt, and it feels sturdy and fits well on me.All in all, if you have an hour to kill and like chocolate, definitely come here! It’s made for some fond memories, and I’d definitely come again for the amazing sweets.

A must stop for us in quebec city. Great chocolate, with a display about chocolate making and history. No problem at all where we did not speak French.

I am usually dubious of little museums attached to stores created simply to drive traffic to their business... but it was cold and they were allowing people to be warm! The museum "while very small has a few interactive stations that are fun and informative! We bout some chocolate for friends and they said it was the best they ever had! No reason not to stop by and indulge!"

The Musée du chocolat is co-located with Erico. Each may occupy only a small space, but it’ll occupy quite a bit of your time. The museum portion has interesting info and fun facts. It also has a window to treats being made. It’s better than watching Netflix. The Erico section is equally hypnotic. But that’ll be a separate review. The museum is free. The chocolate is not.
